Method and proportion of paint mixing

Paints are divided into 1k and 2k, 1k is metallic paint, diluted with thinner and varnished, 2k is plain paint, which will dry with curing agent. The ratio of 1k paint to thinner is 1: 1, and the ratio of 2K paint to curing agent and thinner is 2: 1. Before paint mixing, make a debugging sample, determine the secondary color paint contained in the sample, compare it with the normal paint, and choose a good paint color. Primary color paints are used the most, and sometimes secondary color paints with strong color power are added to the primary color paints, and the effect will be satisfactory. In the process of color matching, appropriate additives, such as curing agent and desiccant, are added. If the weather is cold, desiccant should be added when the color is mixed, provided that the coating with the same quality is selected, otherwise delamination and gelatinization will occur.
