Chongqing zhazidong

Zhazidong is located in Geleshan, Shapingba District, Chongqing.

Geleshan, the remains of Jinyun Mountain, is famous all over the country for its capital ruins, Baigongguan and Zhazidong Prison during the Anti-Japanese War. Especially with the wide spread of the novel Red Rock in China, Gele Mountain has become a Hero Mountain.

Geleshan Scenic Area consists of the main peak central scenic area and Chiang Kai-shek's official residence. "Forest Garden" and Chongqing Martyrs Cemetery consist of three scenic spots.

At the foot of the mountain, there are historical sites such as Sino-US Cooperation Office, Baigongguan and Zhazidong. The scenic spot, with a total length of 10 kilometers, is a national key cultural relics protection unit and receives 2 million domestic and foreign tourists every year. It is also the most famous scenic spot in Chongqing.

Chongqing is a foggy city. Gele Mountain is foggy all the year round, with high mountains and low clouds. Visitors are at the top of the mountain, only watching the surge of Yunfei, although it is not as vast as Emei Mountain.
