The study room in the library is a public *** resource, and public *** resources should be enjoyed by everyone. Currently, there are some seats where "books are empty" ”, resulting in a huge waste of resources. In order to improve the seat utilization rate of the library's study room, all readers are requested to consciously abide by the following management regulations:

1. It is prohibited to occupy seats in the study room. Please do not leave schoolbags, books, tea cups and other personal items on the seats. The management staff will clean them at any time. You are responsible for any lost items.

2． Any reader has the right to use any occupied seat, and the user may remove the items or hand them over to the staff. If a dispute arises over seat occupation, the fault lies with the person occupying the seat.

3. If items remain on the seat and leave the seat for 30 minutes, it will be deemed as occupying the seat. If there is indeed a situation, you need to leave a note and write down the specific situation.

4. Take good care of the public facilities in the study room. No one is allowed to move the study table, chairs, etc. without permission. It is strictly forbidden to smear, graffiti, or draw. Keep the desk clean and tidy.

5. Waste items should be thrown into the trash can and should not be left on the seat.

6. After entering the study room, mobile phones should be set to vibrate or silent mode. You are not allowed to make or answer phone calls, make loud noises, chat or do other things unrelated to learning in the study room, which will affect the learning of others.

7. It is prohibited to bring food into the library. Readers can only bring bags into the study room and are not allowed to bring bags into the reading room, library and other places.

8. Eating food is prohibited in the study room and corridors. Smoking and spitting are strictly prohibited.

9. Books in the library can be read in the self-study room. After reading, the books should be returned to the original library and must not be left in the self-study room.

10. When the weather is hot, slippers, vests, etc. are not allowed to enter the study room. Please dress neatly and appropriately, speak politely, and behave in a civilized manner.

11. It is strictly prohibited to connect the power supply privately in the study room, and it is prohibited to use other electrical appliances except mobile phones and computers.

12. Consciously abide by the opening hours of the study room and obey the management of the staff.
