After the company finds that it has overpaid its employees, it can ask them to return, and employees should also take the initiative to return the overpaid wages. If the employee does not return it, it will cause unjust enrichment and needs to be returned according to the law.

If you don't return it, the amount is small, and usually the employer will not pursue it. If the amount is relatively large, the employer may bring a civil lawsuit to the local people's court and demand the laborer to pay unreasonably.
