Where is Hailuogou located in Sichuan?

Hailuogou is located in Moxi Town, Luding County, Sichuan Province, on the east slope of Gongga Mountain, which is a very high mountain on the eastern edge of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Hailuogou, located at the foot of Gongga Xuefeng, is famous for its low-altitude modern glaciers.
