If it is not the latest software, you can update your phone and try again.
There are two ways for self-service upgrade of mobile phones:
(1) can be upgraded online via wifi: Settings-> General->; System upgrade-> Check the update immediately-download the upgrade package according to the prompt, click Check and Install, and the phone will restart, automatically entering the upgrade mode.
(2) Upgrade with vivo assistant: download address of vivo assistant: /download/app_download.php? Do = DN & Type = & ID = 251After downloading and installing the program on the computer, open the vivo assistant and connect the mobile phone to the computer. When the tool detects a mobile phone, it will access the server. When it detects that there is new software on the server, it will display the word "new" on the "mobile phone upgrade" button. Click this button and follow the prompts to upgrade.
