Brief introduction of Daguishan in Pingnan

Dayaoshan Mountain Range enters Pingnan County in Guoan, Ma Lian and other places, and a branch in the east goes southeast to Anhuai Town, with an altitude of 400-600 meters and stretching for dozens of kilometers, among which Daguishan is the most beautiful and magnificent.

Daguishan is located in the east of Pingnan County, at the junction of Pingnan and tengxian, about 20 kilometers away from the county seat. There is a simple highway leading to the scenic spot, from Danzhu Town to Dongping Reservoir, and the hinterland of the scenic spot can also be reached by boat. Daguishan Scenic Area consists of Da Gui Canyon (commonly known as Shi Xiang) and the natural forest park near the Canyon, as well as Dongping Reservoir Area, Daguilin Tea Farm and Tuanluo Tea Farm nearby. Da Gui Canyon is located in the deepest part of Da Gui Mountain, about 8 kilometers long and 30 meters high, with steep stone walls on both sides. The narrowest part of the canyon is only two or three meters wide, and the bottom of the valley is a stone surface, from which the spring water flows down. Walking through the canyon, stepping on the cool spring water and looking up at the cliff, people can see all kinds of strange green rattan trees, strange grass and wild flowers, and also hear all kinds of strange birds singing sweetly on the mountain. Because the height and width of the Rocky Mountains on both sides of the canyon are different, you can feel different weather changes at the same time, and sometimes you will be suddenly enlightened. Sometimes you will see thousands of golden lights shining from the cliff top, and when you meet the highest and narrowest places on both sides of the cliff, you will be groggy and foggy. At this time, when you look up in the valley, you will only see a blue sky, so the locals call it Stone Lane, which is also commonly known as the first sight. During the Republic of China, bandits had been entrenched here for many years. They relied on the steep mountain to resist the suppression of officers and men and hurt the people nearby.

Walking out of the canyon, I looked up, but I saw one mountain and one mountain, all of which were dense virgin forests, and occasionally there were artificially planted Yuguilin mixed among them. Qinchuan River flows southeast from the southern end of Daguishan to Dongping Reservoir. The reservoir area is like a long and narrow mirror embedded in the mountains. It roams by yacht in the reservoir area (artificial lake) and has a panoramic view of the nearby mountains. There are several tall and majestic peaks not far from the northwest of the reservoir area, such as Luomuding, Huangjiding and Santaiding. In addition to the beautiful and steep natural scenery, Daguishan also has large-scale economic forests and contiguous tea gardens invested and developed by local governments, collectives and individuals in the past decade. The economic forest is about 40,000 mu, mainly including osmanthus, longan, litchi, citrus and bamboo. Tea plantation is about 6000 mu, which is the production base of Tuanluo tea, and Tuanluo tea won the title of excellent product in Guangxi. Green tea forest is like a green belt, winding on the hillside. It's sunny in spring and summer. Tea pickers are scattered in tea fields, bright costumes are flying among evergreen trees, and occasional folk songs are melodious, which makes tourists linger.

At present, Daguishan has become a tourist area integrating eco-tourism and agricultural sightseeing, attracting tens of thousands of tourists every year.
