Why do seasonal headaches and physical and mental fatigue occur?
The reason is that the weather conditions such as temperature, humidity and air pressure are not stable enough, and the human body has not fully adapted to it, so it is easy to feel uncomfortable and tired. People who are weak or sensitive may also suffer from colds, skin allergies, gastrointestinal disorders and so on. Some women even suffer from endocrine disorders.
In order to make the body adapt to the seasonal changes as soon as possible, positive actions must be taken. Go to bed early and get up early, and arrange work and rest reasonably. For office workers, it is good to take time to exercise, even to walk and climb stairs when there is no time. The body is in a "frozen" state for a long time, and its metabolism is slow, which makes it easier to be listless. It is not appropriate to work continuously. Take a nap for 20 minutes to half an hour during lunch break. Get up every half hour at work, twist, stretch and relax for a while.
If you catch a cold, drink more water and eat less at first. Drinking porridge is a good choice, which is not only easy to digest, but also reduces the irritation of some drugs to the stomach.
Seasonal changes will increase fatigue
Modern people are very busy and often feel very tired. This phenomenon is more prominent in changing seasons. In fact, fatigue is a signal to remind you that your body has exceeded the normal load and it is time to adjust and rest.
First of all, physical fatigue. It is more common among manual workers because of heavy manual labor or excessive exercise. It is characterized by weakness of hands and feet, and the overall physical fitness is obviously reduced;
Second, mental fatigue. Mainly seen in mental workers, because they have been engaged in complex mental work for a long time and consume a lot of energy, which leads to insufficient blood supply and oxygen supply to the brain and weakens the normal function of brain cells. Manifested as dizziness, memory loss, inattention, insomnia and dreaminess;
Third, psychological fatigue. It is caused by the high tension and pressure of modern life. Because of the heavy mental burden, the mind is in a state of confusion, depression, depression or anxiety;
Fourth, chronic fatigue. From a medical point of view, it is serious fatigue caused by overwork or exercise;
Fifth, hidden fatigue. Respiratory disorders and allergies may affect sleep and make people feel tired. Anemia and thyroid diseases not only make many women sleepy, but also cause symptoms such as chills, constipation and depression. And generally feel lazy and unwilling to move. People with depression also show fatigue, bad mood, hostile behavior or loss of interest in activities they loved in the past.
