Geographical environment of Wuhan Jiu Feng National Forest Park

The park is centered on Lion Peak and Huangbai Peak, surrounded by Wang Feng, Shamao Peak, Guanding Peak, Baogai Peak, Ant Peak, Bowl Peak and Elephant Trunk Peak, forming a hilly landscape with towering Jiu Feng and winding mountains.

Dingguanfeng, also known as Dingguanfeng, covers an area of 140 hectares and is 240.37 meters above sea level.

Huangbai (Medicine) Peak: covers an area of 24 hectares, with an altitude of 1.36 meters. It is the location of forestry in Hubei Province, and its southern foot became a martyr cemetery and cemetery in the early 1960s.

Lion Peak: The mountain looks like a lion. It was called the first peak of Jiufeng Mountain in ancient times, with an area of 10 hectare and an altitude of 123 meters.

Bowl Peak: The mountain is shaped like a monk's bowl, with an area of 2 1 hectare and an altitude of125m.

Baogai Peak: This peak, commonly known as Jiufeng Mountain, covers an area of 72 hectares and is140m above sea level.

Shamao Peak: This peak looks like the shamao of an ancient official, with an area of 2 1.8 hectares and an altitude of 102 meters.

Elephant trunk peak: the mountain is winding and shaped like a trunk, with an area of 19 hectares and an altitude of 124 meters. The park is located in the subtropical zone and belongs to the maritime monsoon climate zone, with an annual average temperature of 16.7℃, abundant sunshine and moderate rainfall. During high temperature in summer, the temperature in forest park is 2-4C lower than that in urban area.
