My hometown is located at the foot of Taihang Mountain, and a stream flows by the village. Seen from a distance, the stream slowly flows eastward like a silver ribbon. When you look closely, the stream is crystal clear, and small fish and shrimp swim freely in the water. The cypress trees on the mountains on both sides of the river are evergreen all year round. My hometown is like a big park, with countless beautiful scenery all year round.

In spring, the winter jasmine on the mountain, the peach blossom and pear blossom in the orchard all bloom in season. Seen from a distance, the hillside is red, yellow and white. It is colorful and beautiful. The hillside is full of all kinds of flowers. You can smell it when you get close. From time to time, several bees gather honey from the flowers. In the endless wheat field, the farmer's uncle is working.

When summer comes, the ducklings swim happily in the river and dive underwater for food from time to time. Ships come and go on the river. When adults are not looking, the children secretly jump into the river to catch fish and shrimp, which makes them happy. In the evening, every family brings food to the stone table in front of the door, sits on the stool and eats it in the sky. Xia Hong on the horizon, the evening breeze and birds flying overhead are all their good friends.

Autumn is coming, and the chill is refreshing. In the orchard by the river, there is a scene of bumper harvest. Golden pears, red apples and small lanterns-like persimmons are covered with branches. The autumn wind blows, and the ripe fruits dance with the wind, bringing waves of charming fragrance. Farmers' uncles are busy entering the orchard to pick the harvested fruits. They picked the fruits carefully and put them in the box.

Winter is coming, and white snow flowers are falling down. Snow is everywhere on hillsides, fields, roofs and yards. The whole village seems to have entered a fairy tale world. The children in the village are running in the snow, some are making snowmen and some are having snowball fights. Adults are also busy with their own family affairs, some are cleaning, some are buying new year's goods, and some get together to discuss the great event of making a fortune next year. Although it is cold, everyone is busy.
