Recommended scenic spots with few scenery in Sichuan

There are many beautiful places in Sichuan, including some smaller scenic spots. The scenery is beautiful with few people, so it is worth going with friends. Let's take a look at some recommended attractions! Please see below for details.

Baiyu Yaqing Temple 1

Comparable to Seda, the city of the sky

Yaqing Temple in Baixian County is similar to Wuming Buddhist College, but the biggest difference from Seda Buddhist College is that Wuming Buddhist College is built on the mountain, while the houses of practitioners in Yaqing Temple are mostly built around a river. The former is magnificent and the latter is more spiritual. On the grassland wetland surrounded by mountains, huts and criss-crossing rivers where thousands of believers live surround the whole temple complex. Every morning or evening, the smoke fills the air, the river is golden, and the chanting sound comes from a distance with the wind, just like the sound of nature, touching people's hearts.

2. Dege Institute of Printing

The immortal legend of wood and paper

Dege, a small county in western Sichuan, is on the same level as Lhasa and Labrang, and is known as one of the three cores of Tibetan culture. There is a Buddhist scripture printing institute with a history of 100 years, which is one of the few temples in Tibetan areas that still use block printing to print Buddhist scriptures. Here, we can see that the people who seal the scriptures use the ancient method to make the scriptures, which has continued their immortal duty for one hundred years.

At the Geng Qing Temple, not far from the Indian Confucian Classics Institute, you can also see a unique traditional Tibetan opera-Dege Tibetan Opera on July 1st of the Tibetan calendar. German folk customs are simple and charming. As soon as I entered Dege County, monks dressed in auburn clothes could be seen everywhere in the fluttering flags, and I already felt that I was in a Buddhist resort.

Step 3 make way

Border shambala gate

Rangtang County, not far from sertar county, is a quiet town on the border of Sichuan. If you are a fan of Tibetan culture, then Rangtang will be your paradise, where there is an almost extinct Sect-Juenang Sect. Zang Wa Temple, the main temple of the Juenang Sect, has a block printing house comparable to Dege Printing House, which contains more than 10,000 volumes of Buddhist scriptures. There is also a Zebuji Temple dedicated to the Indian Sarnath style golden Buddha, which is rare in the whole Tibetan area.

4. Copgu

The primitive beauty that lasts for thousands of years.

Kepugou, located in Batang County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, is the first holy lake in Kangba-Kepugou. The verdant Lake Zoop faces the vast Zhangde Prairie, surrounded on three sides by virgin forests of cedar and cypress. Known as the most beautiful paradise, the next Jiuzhaigou, however, although famous, it has not yet been developed. To get into Top Lake, you still have to take an off-road vehicle. So far, there are few tourists. Copugou is rich in scenery, including snow-capped mountains, grasslands, lakes, hot springs and temples, which can be said to condense the essence of the whole Tibetan area.

Address: Kepugou is in the east of Litang County 120km, and in the west of Batang County 100km.

5. Quanhuatan

The colorful pool is not just Huanglong.

Quantan, located in Kangding County on the western slope of Gongga Mountain, is a rare karst terrain with an altitude of about 4000 meters. Perhaps people who have been to Huanglong will feel that Quanhua Beach and Calcification Pool are familiar, but Quanhua Beach is more mysterious and beautiful, with few tourists. She hid in a valley surrounded by mountains on three sides, and a large piece of white calcified soil tilted down from another hill. After reaching the bottom of the valley, it became a four-story colorful calcification pool, just like a fairyland.

An important part of the National Gongga Mountain Scenic Area is located in the north of Jiulong County. As early as 1929, Wu Xuhai's charming scenery was discovered by American explorer and photographer Mr. Locke, and published in February 1930 in National Geographic magazine, which made westerners appreciate the unique landscape and folk customs of the western Sichuan Plateau in China for the first time and aroused their endless yearning.

7. Lake Kuokka

Emerald raised in boudoir

Cuo Lake, located in Mari Township, Xinlong County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, is known as "a fairyland on earth, a nine-day Yaochi". Tsocha Lake is called Tsocha Haizi locally, which means black sea water among rocks in Tibetan. It is a freshwater lake with an area of about 3 square kilometers, which means "Emerald". Lake Cuoka is not big, but the perfect combination of Lake Cuoka and Temple Cuoka makes this lake at the top of the mountain a paradise, which few people know.
