Legends of Dawushan and Guanyin Lake
○ Fairy Cave, Snake Cliff
Before the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the foggy mountain was called Shaohua Mountain. At the end of Sui Dynasty, Wu, the king of Nanyang, was unwilling to submit to the Tang and Yuan dynasties. Defeated by Tang Bing, he chased the majestic cliff of Shaohua Mountain. There was no way out. He shouted "Heaven will hit me" and jumped off the cliff (this cliff is called Sheshen Cliff). The fairy playing in the fairy cave told Xiandao everything he saw. Fairy tales are few and far between. Wu's descendants lived an extraordinary life, so he was inextricably linked with this cave. When Wu woke up, he saw a red crown on his head. He wanted to learn from Tao. Xiandao said, "You are destined to be a Buddhist disciple. I can teach you one or two things about fairy tales that will be useful in the future. " . You live in a cave and practice for the time being. One day he said to him, "this is not the place where you have lived for a long time." I'll give you a cassock, close your eyes and go out now. " . When Wu opened his eyes, people were already standing on the top of the mountain.
○ The name of Yiyishan
It is hard to tell the difference between the sea of clouds in Shaohua Mountain. At this moment, a tiger appeared in front of him, shaking his head and tail, as if he saw his master. Wu came to the cave to keep company with the tiger (this cave was later called the Taoist cave). At the foot of the mountain, an hunter found a strange monk, accompanied by a tiger, and told his neighbor. Rich officials and gentlemen volunteered to donate money and materials. Wu only asked for a place to wear clothes, and officials and gentlemen promised to give them what they wanted. Wu threw the cassock into the air, and its shadow immediately covered more than 40 miles in Fiona Fang. The official gentry demanded that the scope be narrowed down a little, and when the shadow was narrowed to cover the whole Shaohua Mountain, the factory would never move again. This piece of Shan Ye, which starts from Daling in the east and reaches Guo Shan in the west, has been granted as a Buddhist country, and Shaohua Mountain has since been called Yishan. Zhang Dacheng, a native of Zhangjiafan in Shannan, is the owner of this place, and "Donor Zhang Dacheng" is engraved on the cliff of Qing Xin.
○ Gu Jing pulled out Chinese fir.
Wu became a monk and spread to the court. Weichi Gong (called Hu Junde by local people) was appointed as Wujian Temple. Wei Chi Junde and Wu agreed to build more than 65,438,000 Buddhist temples, and Wu organized timber. Weichi Gong is responsible for the rest. The next day, they chose the location of the temple. Wu found an ancient well in the center of the temple site, which was unfathomable. He reached into the well and touched a piece of wood. It was a piece of wood.
Weichi Gong is not weak. He organized tens of thousands of officers and men and craftsmen to raise materials unexpectedly. The project is progressing rapidly. When it was built to 99 rooms, one room was short of wood. Wu came to the well again and found that there were stumps in the well, but he couldn't pull them out anyway. The well is still intact, and a stump can be seen inside. Named after the topography of Kowloon, it is called Kowloon Temple.
○ The origin of Dawushan
Li Daoyuan, a Ming Dynasty scholar who used to be the political envoy of the military department of Nanjing Duchayuan, became a monk and lost his legal name. He closed his eyes and sang sutras on the cliff of Qing Xin (inscribed on this cliff: "Buddhist scriptures are read at six o'clock." Now the situation is good, and he has realized heaven, tunnel and humanity. Since then, Yishan has been renamed "Dawushan" by Li Daoyuan. Kowloon Temple was renamed "Five Peaks", and there are two mountains nearby, one is Komuyama and the other is Sifang Mountain, which means heaven, earth and people.
Three sunstones
There are three boulders in the foggy mountain. It is said that three suns set on Dawu Mountain when Houyi shot the sun. The mountain god went to heaven and reported to the Jade Emperor that he would take them back to the Heavenly Palace. The emperor said, "Since they broke the dogma, they should be punished. Dawushan is a fairy mountain, so you can let them go. " . The three brothers saw the working people work at sunrise and rest at sunset in Dawushan. Everything depends on the sun and the moon to cultivate one's morality. They regret that they should become three round stones, look at the sun and the moon every day, and always regret their mistakes.
Yaowangya
Legend has it that Bian Que, the king of medicine, was killed by a witch doctor in the State of Qin, and his body and medicine bag floated to the cliff south of Dawushan and became a stone magpie. The medicine bag was scattered, and the herbs fell to Dawushan and blossomed. A few years later, Hua Tuo was beheaded by Cao Cao. Reuters strolled in the sky and swam to Dawushan to smell the exotic herbs. When he found Bian Que here, he greeted him, and what his head fell on the cliff turned into a stone head. After that, Dawushan was full of medicinal materials, and there were countless kinds. The pale wood in this area has a peculiar smell, which is more effective when mixed with the prescription. At present, Yaowangya is a county and township medicinal material base, and more than 5,000 mu of medicinal materials have been planted.

○ Legend of Guanyin
The magical pineapple cliff
There are many rocky mountains and dense caves around Guanyin Reservoir. Wild animals often haunt and harm people, birds and livestock, and foxes often haunt mountain villages. People are restless. There is a young man named Yang Ziyan. He is very clever and good at archery. He went out hunting every day and killed countless small wild animals, but he was helpless to the fox. I heard that there is a fairy road in Dawushan, so I decided to find a teacher to learn the law. He went through all kinds of hardships and found the fairy road in the fairy cave. Xianlu gave him 12 arrow and passed on the secret method. After Yang Ziyan went down the mountain, he used an arrow to deal with wild animals and foxes that often hurt people. One day, he found 1 elephant and L lion playing with 8 foxes under the pineapple cliff. Yang Ziyan drew his bow and shot several magic arrows. The elephant and the lion died immediately and became two mountains, namely Xiangshan and Lion's Head. However, eight foxes became eight witches, and everyone had an arrow in front of them, saying, Your arrow can't hurt my fur, and you killed countless disciples and grandchildren. In three days, I will show you something, and then I will throw eight magic arrows into the purple flame and disappear.
the Goddess of Mercy
Yang Ziyan caught eight arrows and was looking for the whereabouts of foxes. Then Fairy Road came and said to Yan Zi, These foxes are better than me, but they can't beat them. It seems that the creatures in this place are going to be robbed. I went to the South China Sea to ask Guanyin Bodhisattva to save the people in from the mire. No matter what happens after I leave, I should just hold my horses.
On the third day, the foxes invited the fire magpie on the pineapple cliff and the magic fish in the cliff pond to help.
In the morning, a magpie flew in and kept barking on the grain pile with a purple flame. When the purple flame approached the grain pile, a torch burned the grain pile to ashes. When he got home, he saw the furniture moving and colliding. He picked up his bow and prepared to shoot. Suddenly, the house caught fire. When the neighboring villagers came to put out the fire, the water in the pond weir was drained by the tortoise. Watching the house burn down.
Turtles spit out the water in their bellies, washed away many fertile fields and bridges, and turned pineapple cliff into the Yellow River.
Yan Zi was homeless, so she went to visit relatives at her sister's house nearby. His nurse's sister's home also suffered a disaster. Yang Ziyan was very angry and said to the fox, A man should do what he should do and should not hurt my neighbor. If you want my life, I can give it to you. Fox fairy said: we will treat you if we say enough. At this time, an auspicious cloud appeared in the sky, and the fairy road led Guanyin Bodhisattva to arrive. Guanyin stood on Fujiashan (Fujiashan is the first island in the library) and shouted: Because of daring to do evil, the fox spirits knelt down and waited for mercy.
Stone Shi Gui Magpie, Huxian Cave
Guanyin saw that the eight elves could achieve positive results, so she took them to the cave of pineapple cliff to continue their practice, sealed the cave with a big stone and drew a symbol. The flaming magpie under the cliff was about to escape when Guanyin's finger turned into a black stone, that is, a magpie stone with flying wings. When the tortoise climbed up, it tried to slip away. A spell also turned it into an ancient skull, which is now the tortoise stone.
When Yang Ziyan was a child, he followed Master to Dawu Fairy Cave.
The origin of Guanyin cliff
Sister Yanzi is a famous rich man in Fujiawan. To be grateful, she built a statue of Guanyin on the steep cliff in front of the bay, and carved a Kannonji on the cliff. Fireworks continued all the year round, and the fox never appeared again.
Baibu Bridge and Baxian Block
Hundreds of years later, the Eight Fox Immortals became a positive result. After coming out of the hole, they found that there was no bridge in a big river dragged by the old turtle. When people have difficulty crossing the river, they go up the mountain to get stones, build a hundred-step stone bridge, and then climb from the top of pineapple cliff to the Heavenly Palace. This bridge is called Baibu Bridge, and the swimming place is called Baxiantai.
1965 After the completion of Guanyinyan Reservoir, all the scenic spots except Kannonji Baibu Bridge and Baxiandang are intact.
Niuwangshi
At the exit of Ritan of Guanyinyan Reservoir, there is a rectangular big stone, which looks like a buffalo lying on a cliff platform of more than 300 square meters from a distance, named Niu Wangshi. According to legend, during the Qin Dynasty, the King of Qin repaired Epang Palace and asked for a giant tree. He sent people everywhere to look for it. There was a big camphor tree just what he wanted, so he sent 40 craftsmen to cut it down. The tree was cut down with it, and 40 craftsmen cut it all day without hurting a piece of skin, for days on end, every day. A craftsman can't go down the mountain because of his leg injury. When he was lying on the slate under the tree trying to sleep at night, he heard a conversation between the mountain god and the tree about "the king of Qin has a king's whip" The camphor tree proudly said, "What can I do if the whip on the mountain is not moved on the tree?" The mountain god said, "You are afraid of red ash." The tree didn't answer. The craftsmen sent someone to tell the king of Qin that the king of Qin took thousands of people to the tree with the king's whip, and every time someone cut an axe. The buffalo ran out of the water and became this stone. The king of Qin whipped several times at the stone. Except for a few whip marks, Shi Niu did not move. The overlord whip that once drove the south mountain to fill the north sea lost its function. Epang Palace was not built until the demise of the Qin Dynasty. People hate the tyranny of the king of Qin and worship Niu Wangshi as a god.
