It is understood that Hantai District’s 2023 High School Entrance Examination*** has three test centers: Hanzhong Middle School, Hantai Middle School, and Hantai No. 2 Middle School. Among them, there are 4,162 ninth-grade candidates and 139 examination rooms. There are 4,762 eighth-grade candidates and 159 examination rooms.

Notes for the Hanzhong High School Entrance Examination:

1. Candidates should strengthen personal protection, reduce mobility, avoid going to places where people gather, and be the first person responsible for their own health. It is necessary to proactively carry out self-health monitoring and keep abreast of physical health conditions in a timely manner. Arrange your work and rest scientifically before the exam, and pay attention to diet and traffic safety.

2. After receiving the admission ticket, candidates should carefully read the "Instructions for Candidates" on the admission ticket, familiarize themselves with the relevant examination rules and requirements, keep in mind the examination time, examination site, examination room and other information, and prepare the necessary stationery. On the afternoon of June 16, candidates took their admission tickets to the examination center and examination room to familiarize themselves with the transportation routes, examination center environment and examination room location in advance.

3. Candidates must abide by the "Code for Candidates" and relevant examination regulations, and conduct honest and safe examinations. During the examination, all examination rooms will use video surveillance systems, metal detectors and other equipment to assist examination room management. Candidates must check themselves before entering the examination center or examination room and properly store illegal items.

When entering the examination center and examination room, candidates must hold the "Admittance Ticket" and accept the detection of prohibited items and identity verification. Candidates are not allowed to bring items unrelated to the exam, do not wear rings, earrings, necklaces and other accessories, and avoid wearing clothes with metal accessories to avoid delaying the admission time.

Candidates must sit in their assigned seats when entering the examination room. Candidates who violate regulations will be dealt with in accordance with the "Shaanxi Provincial Junior High School Graduates' Entrance Examination Candidates' Violations of Examination Management and Punishment Regulations".

4. It is recommended that candidates arrive at the test site one hour in advance to allow sufficient time for entry to avoid delaying the test due to weather changes, traffic jams, etc. Candidates who are late for the exam will not be allowed to enter the test center 15 minutes after the exam starts. Candidates who are late for the English subject will not be allowed to enter after 15 minutes (8:15) before the exam starts.

Examination time should not be earlier than 30 minutes before the end of each subject exam. Exam papers, answer sheets or scratch papers are not allowed to be taken out of the examination room. After the exam end signal is sent (the clock time in the exam room is for reference only), candidates must immediately stop writing and answering questions, exit the exam room in sequence according to the invigilator's instructions, and are not allowed to stay or talk near the exam room. You are not allowed to leave the test center until the end of the test.
