"The dream of youth, we stubbornly carry, the water is long, the road is long, there are poems and distant places ..." With the familiar and beautiful melody, we walked into the lecture of "Youth Language: Look at yourself, the world and all beings" by Wang Jun.

Last year, I have been paying attention to the platform of China Wetland Growth College, and listened to the column "Let me tell you" in dozens of public lecture halls. Every issue is wonderful. They are full of wisdom, brilliant enthusiasm and strive to grow.

"Youth Chinese" advocates keeping the Chinese teaching process in a youthful state through the reading of the mind, the writing of life and the passionate life, so that teachers and students can prepare to create, maintain and enjoy a lifetime of youth.

The meaning therapy of youth Chinese refers to changing Chinese teaching into Chinese education, combining Chinese with modern psychology, philosophy and more soul-related sciences, so that classic texts are full of youthful vitality and have healing function, so that Chinese classroom can not only enhance students' Chinese literacy, but also enhance their spiritual literacy, so that Chinese teaching can skillfully empower students to have a happy life.

The words "See yourself clearly, see the world clearly, and see all beings clearly" come from the elaboration of the realm of martial arts in the movie "A Master". Teacher Wang Jun said. These three levels are stepped, and at the same time, they form a cycle of alternating cycles. The growth of teachers is the growth of the mind, and cultivation is the fulfillment of self-life.

Teacher Wang Jun tells a warm story about Young Chinese, which takes living method as the main line, supplemented by teaching method, and makes Chinese teaching full of healing feeling, aiming at improving teachers' quality of life.

First, look at yourself.

See yourself as a 1 level youth practitioner. Only by knowing the "bad" me and cultivating the "good" me can we see ourselves clearly. In the process of speaking and listening with the classic texts in Chinese textbooks, Mr. Wang Jun deeply felt the transparency of his interpretation of the texts.

1. I realized it was not good.

The kidnapped self evaluated by the outside world. The ugliness of the "Ugly Duckling" in The Ugly Duckling comes from the self-lost caused by the interference of self-judgment. In other words, we were kidnapped by other people's comments, and the ugly words made us unable to see the most bright spot in ourselves. We all subconsciously converge to the characteristics of life and dare not seek differences.

We often face the dilemma of the ugly duckling: because it is incompatible with the environment, we should live or escape. Choice determines our actions, and actions determine our quality of life. Recalling that I have been trapped in job burnout for a long time, drifting with the flow, spending too little time on career growth and wasting too much beautiful time. Fortunately, I met a new teacher, my job changed, I saw a mediocre bad self, and I was eager to grow up, so I studied hard and tried to record my daily extraordinary.

A self enslaved by authority. Ralph, the hero of the chameleon, is the embodiment of the czar's autocratic police rule, and also a slave who flatters his superiors and bullies his subordinates. Careful analysis shows that many people around us are often Ralph's shadow. We all have a weakened self in our hearts.

Split-minded self. The emperor in The Emperor's New Clothes is a person who denies himself every second, but isn't it ourselves in many cases? Teacher Wang Jun said that if a person does not really establish an independent and complete self-esteem system, he will wander between absolute self-confidence and absolute belief in Thaksin, just like an emperor, and become the mainstay of life.

Self-control by inertia and samsara. In Yugong Yishan, the royal residence of Taihang represents a stubborn, low-level and bad lifestyle. They keep out the younger, more interesting and more artistic lifestyle on the other side of the mountain. Just like ourselves, we would rather stay in the comfort zone than change and have no self-awareness ability. There is a saying in Greek philosophy called "Know yourself". The most terrible thing in the world is the road to yourself.

2. Cultivate a good me

There is a deep and beautiful self hidden in Mulan's poems. Mulan realized three dilemmas of self-worth: female identity, wartime, and no brothers at home. Mulan, on the other hand, was able to take responsibility, run a good relationship smoothly, see herself clearly, make a good decision, make a happy contribution, and become a talented person in a desperate situation. Mulan loves both others and herself, bringing joy and happiness to those around her without losing herself.

Teacher Wang Jun's analysis of Mulan can be described as exquisite: Mulan can take a knife to the battlefield to defend the country and go to the kitchen to take care of the rice, oil and salt; Look at Kan Kan, the son of heaven, and resign from his post in Li Mingtang. Next time, be smart about comrades in your hometown and worship ghosts and ghosts. It is necessary to stop and sigh, miss the tears of parents, and be more selective when buying equipment. It is not only a loyal minister and a good soldier, but also a virtuous sister and filial daughter; Both personable and heroic, horizontal knife immediately, but also dressed in front of the mirror, with a charming face; Be a beautiful girl, charming and lovely, and become a spirited woman.

Yugong hides a deep and kind self by the mountain. The foolish old man's demand and the awakening of energy are synchronous. Yu Gong has internal physical confusion and external opposition confusion, which comes from self, relatives, outsiders and physical obstacles. But Yu Gong has a firm belief in his heart: as long as he acts, there is hope and gain.

There is a profound and beautiful self hidden in my humble inscription. The price of Liu Yuxi's super cool life is to have superhuman talent, super healthy body and super firm three views. Liu Yuxi never hesitated in his heart. He is always worried about advancing and retreating, with goals and principles. He has a lofty mission and can devote himself to a passionate life. He stepped on the earth with his feet, and he was crazy about life. He has deep romantic feelings, but he is Do not forget your initiative mind, being himself, even if he is against the world.

Ma Shuo hides a deep and kind self. Don't worry about difficulties, don't try to be selfish. At the China Wetland Annual Meeting, I listened to the lesson "Learn from Han Changli-Ma Shuo" by Wang Jun, which made people admire and admire. That's great! Learn from Han Yu, learn from his high-level spit, high position, live up to the sky, live up to people, live up to the heart. Be our original, original, clean and polluted self.

In short, we should be good at discovering ourselves, discovering that I have always understood me, can bear me, bring me joy, self-confidence, know how to be willing to give up, surpass myself, be silent, keep my emptiness, blend in with us and become a better self.

Second, look at the world

The world outside the self is heaven and earth. Going to heaven and earth is a journey of the soul. Out of the subjective process, people can't be subjective, and they can slowly correct their prejudices during the journey. This is the meaning of the journey.

Teacher Wang Jun analyzed what it means to see the world from the classic texts such as Ugly Duckling, From Baicaoyuan to San Tan Yin Yue, Seeing the Weather from Clouds, Walking and Ansai Waist Drum.

Real walking is not driven by one's own dissatisfaction and anxiety, but attracted by beautiful goals. Don't worry, we work hard silently and wait patiently for the flowers to bear fruit.

With regard to the determination to meet, Mr. Wang Jun once integrated three texts: The Ugly Duckling, The Stream and The Tortoise, which made us feel how similar the ugly duckling's situation is to our ordinary life, constantly releasing the instinct of life and seeing ourselves constantly advancing.

Next, Teacher Wang Jun explained what it means to see the world from the following aspects: the path, the rhythm, the mentality and the goal. I like Flo Lester's poem The Road Not Taken: The road of life is bound to be a sigh, and choice will bring confusion and life difficulties, and an effective life is the ultimate regret. Because our life is integrated with heaven and earth, we will become a part of heaven and earth ourselves, so we are tireless and have no regrets in this life.

Third, meet all beings.

There are three levels to look at all beings: natural life, self-life and spiritual life. Seeing all beings needs to cultivate their own likes and joys. This is to understand and accept every state of life and treat life in different States with wisdom. On this basis, we should have compassion, forgiveness and respect, that is, we should look at all beings.

Teacher Wang Jun said, considerate of people and things, all sentient beings are me. Love is not because you find a perfect person, but because you look at an imperfect person in a perfect way. The only measure of our life depends on how we look at the lives of others. The highest standard of growth is to be a responsible person. People with sound personality have deep concern for human beings and sincere sympathy for the fate of others. Such people are willing to share the pain and responsibility with others.

How to treat life wisely? We need multiple forces.

Trust. In Feng Jicai's Pearl Bird, the author treats birds with three principles. He won trust, confidence and belief. This also inspires us to treat children or students at ordinary times. If you suspect too much intervention and control, the result is often unsatisfactory. We should understand that we should believe in the power of faith. After all, self-learning and self-education are the ultimate goals, so we should strive to make children's life focus on themselves.

Accept. In the classic text "Take One Step at a Time", the most worth learning is to accept and change the father of the child. He can give unconditional love to children, even if they are timid, they are not depressed, angry, blaming, criticizing or complaining. Instead, you can calmly guide your child to take one step and take another step to get out of the predicament of life. If we really love children, we should feel their feelings and really accept them.

Fusion power. The "I" in "walking" is the most cohesive. Expressiveness. There is a deep emotional code behind the latter words. I believe that the lesson "How do we take the desperate and clumsy love of our parents to heart" taught by Wang Jun will give us a lot of enlightenment of life wisdom. Love should be expressed and spoken. Let us express our love for our parents in our lifetime, with less regrets and more happy memories.

Ability to act. In Lu Xun's A Chang and Shan Hai Jing, A Chang knows education best. It can be proved from four aspects: intimate relationship, spiritual nourishment, emotional identity and responding to needs. A Chang's feelings with "I" transcend blood ties, have nothing to do with utility, are simple and natural, and have sincere feelings. There are two other forces-meditation and time, which can let us see all beings.

Finally, Teacher Wang Jun shared six consciousnesses of youth language: representing class consciousness, youth consciousness, opening consciousness, class type consciousness, focusing consciousness and healing consciousness.
