Composition materials that challenge fate

Whether being recovered in warmth is a test from God or an inadvertent arrangement of fate, the following is the composition material I compiled to challenge fate. Welcome to read and refer to it! A story that challenges fate:

Genius who grew up among books

In the cold wind, Frank held the test tube in his left hand and walked quickly to the window to check it again. It was so cold that he pressed all four corners tightly. Outside the window, one could vaguely feel the breath of war not far away. Under the terror of death, a baby's cry broke the cold and solidified air.

This day is January 8, 1942. Stephen William Hawking was born in this warm family. At that time, the 61-year-old Einstein was completing a series of scientific papers such as "Science and Religion" and was preparing to go to the Soviet Union to participate in activities organized by Jewish organizations. Perhaps because he was too busy, the scientific giant did not foresee the birth of his successor. Little Hawking brought a lot of joy to Frank and Isabel, but he also brought a lot of troubles. Taking care of children is a big challenge for them, and it is much more complicated than writing medical theory. Although Isabel has extensive research in many fields, in order to be an excellent mother, she still has to fill in a lot of infant care knowledge.

Time passed by, and little Hawking grew up day by day, and occasionally made a few faces to make his parents happy.

A few years later, in a blink of an eye, little Hawking was able to walk and talk. But the strange thing is that he was different from other children. He often stared at the books on the bookshelf in silence for a while. Playing with toys is more engaging. So his parents decided to provide him with the best learning conditions and hoped that their son could surpass themselves. It is the instinct of parents to hope that their children will become successful and that their daughters will become phoenixes. This is not only true in China, but also in all countries.

U.S. President Obama held a ceremony at the White House and awarded Professor Hawking the "Presidential Medal of Freedom", which is the highest award for ordinary people in the United States. Data map

Later, Hawking had a younger sister, and his parents adopted a younger brother. From then on, Hawking was no longer alone. He was more willing to take care of his younger brothers and sisters than playing with his companions. Soon Hawking reached the age of study. His IQ was the same as that of the children in his class, but he had many more books in his room than other children. He excelled in his studies and went straight up, and finally entered Oxford University as he wished. This is the result that his parents most want to see, and it is also the result of Hawking's years of hard work. After entering college, Hawking's parents would discuss his employment issues from time to time every time they chatted.

Hawking himself does not care about this. He does not think much about the future. Like most students of the same age, he is in a period of confusion and does not spend too much time thinking about his future. In the future, I won’t spend much time on academic papers. Of course, he often plays with his classmates, but he doesn't like sports and is not good at various sports activities. His hands and feet are far less flexible than his brain. Hawking's handwriting has been difficult to read since he was a child, but he just couldn't control it. Once or twice he couldn't get up after falling at school - this was a sign that an ominous premonition enveloped him. However, he still spent his 21st birthday happily.

The disease fell from the sky

Since childhood, sports have never been Hawking’s strong point. He is good at almost all ball games. In his third year at Oxford, Hawking noticed that he had become more clumsy, falling once or twice for no apparent reason. Once, he suddenly fell down the stairs for unknown reasons, fell into a coma and almost died.

However, it was not until 1962, when Hawking was a graduate student at Cambridge, that his mother noticed her son's abnormal condition. Hawking, who had just celebrated his 21st birthday, stayed in the hospital for two weeks. After various examinations, he was diagnosed with "Lou Gehrig's disease," which is motor nerve cell atrophy. His limbs will become increasingly inoperable, then his body and internal organs, until his heart and lungs, and finally sudden death. He will have up to two years left, and he won't even be able to wait until the day he gets his bachelor's degree.

At first, the disease worsened very quickly. The blow to Hawking was understandable. He almost gave up all study and research, and began to face serious challenges in his life. It was even more like he was about to... The blooming flowers suddenly suffered a severe blow.

The condition is getting worse day by day. By 1970, Hawking, whose academic reputation was growing, could no longer move on his own. Reluctantly, he began to use a wheelchair. He has never been able to leave it since.

Even in a wheelchair, Hawking did not escape fate. In March 1991, on the way back to his apartment in Berlin in a wheelchair, Hawking was hit by a car. His left arm was fractured, his head was cut, and he needed 13 stitches. However, the strong Hawking returned to the office after only 48 hours of correction. Put in the work. Misfortunes never come singly. When Hawking and his friends went to his country house, his wheelchair tipped backwards due to a sharp turn uphill, and Hawking was knocked over in the bushes.

In 1984, it was quite difficult for him to speak. He began to pronounce words unclearly and it took a long time to speak a few words. In 1985, Hawking suffered from pneumonia again, and his trachea was cut during treatment. From then on, he could no longer speak.

Later, people installed a computer and speech synthesizer in his wheelchair.

He used his only two intact fingers to type the words he wanted to say on the keyboard, formed the corresponding sentences, and then produced the sounds through the speech synthesizer. He uses this method to conduct academic exchanges and make academic reports.

In the face of challenges, fate seems to have retreated. Two and a half years have passed, and several more two and a half years have passed, but he is still living strong.

No matter how bad the fate is, people should always do something. Where there is life, there is hope.

His body changed a lot and he soon became unable to move. Just as the doctor expected, he had no intention of studying academic issues until a girl appeared and changed his life. The trajectory gave him the courage to survive.

The person who brought Hawking his first miracle was Jane Wilder, his girlfriend. In the summer of 1962, Jane met Hawking, who walked clumsily and staggered, through a friend, and they met several more times by chance. As a result, they fell in love, but with a touch of bitterness. The power of love is irresistible. On July 14 of the following year, Jane and Hawking got married. Their view of love did not give up due to the emergence of the disease, but became more determined. The two of them faced the disease side by side, breaking the myth that they could only live for 2 and a half years.

Hawking returned to academic studies and successfully obtained his Ph.D. Hawking had a unique sense of humor about women. When people asked him what he was pursuing, he answered first that he wanted to know what was in the black hole, and secondly that he wanted to know what a woman was.

Many years later, Jane wrote in her memoir "Music Moving Stars": "I love him very much. Nothing can stop me from marrying him. I am willing to cook, wash and shop for him. And clean up the housework, give up my previous lofty ambitions."

Hawking's body cannot move, and he has to go through several complicated conversion processes to say a word, but even this cannot change his academic research. Successfully completed "A Brief History of Time". This is the greatest work in physics that reveals the mysteries of the universe after Einstein's "Theory of Relativity". He is one of the most successful disabled people and the best warrior who can create miracles and challenge destiny. He interprets the concept of time. And someone who breaks time. People who were "sentenced" to death in their 20s are still alive today. In 2012, he was 70 years old. Quotes that challenge destiny:
