I'm not sure whether it will be delivered by the end of 2023.

According to the house purchase contract, Zhongnan Li Chunfeng Community in Longgang New Town will be completed and delivered on June 30, 2023. However, in March 2023, the construction unit of the property was Shanghai Wenyu Construction Group Co., Ltd., which recently wrote to Longgang Natural Resources and Planning and Construction Bureau, saying that it would suspend construction. Therefore, it is uncertain whether the Zhongnan Li Chunfeng in Longgang New Town can be delivered by the end of 2023.

According to the construction unit, the reason for the shutdown is that the funds for the Central South project have not been arranged for the time being. It is also stated that during the suspension of construction, measures have been taken to strengthen the safety management of the construction site. However, I'm not sure about the deadline for resuming work, and I don't know if it can be delivered by the end of 2023.
