② Main pump regulator failure: The main pump regulator is the main reason that affects the main pump displacement. If the regulator is stuck in a small displacement position or falls off directly and cannot be adjusted, the displacement of the whole main pump will be very small. At this time, no matter how big the engine throttle is, the excavator will drive the slowest.

③ Insufficient pilot pressure: insufficient pilot pressure will cause insufficient pressure to open the valve core, resulting in insufficient flow and slow action;

④ Circuit-related problems: the CPU, high and low voltage sensors, solenoid valves and circuits of the excavator are faulty;

⑤ Leakage: No matter external oil leakage or internal system leakage, hydraulic oil will be diverted. After shunting, the flow required for the action decreases, and the action of the excavator slows down;

Situation 2. Single person is slow to operate.

When a single operation such as walking, reversing, lifting the boom and retracting the bucket slows down, the following reasons can be considered:

① Overflow valve pressure of related components is too low;

(2) Pump, low pressure sensor and multi-way valve are out of order;

(3) The related solenoid valve and valve core are stuck.

Situation 3. The cold engine is normal and the hot engine is slow.

1. First, consider that the oil is too dirty and needs to be replaced; Check whether there is copper sheet on the oil inlet filter screen, which leads to the wear of the main pump and needs to be disassembled for inspection;

2. The pilot filter element, oil return filter element and oil suction filter element are blocked;

3. There is sludge on the servo piston of the main pump regulator, and the swash plate cannot be adjusted. The main pump always works with small displacement and small flow.
