The stuffing of zongzi is different according to personal taste, mainly including peanuts, bean paste, lean meat and candied dates. Zongzi cooked at high temperature will not go bad if it is placed in a ventilated and cool place for 20 days. During the Dragon Boat Festival, there will be dragon boat races in towns and villages near rivers such as zhang wan and Ba Du, but there is no dragon boat race in Ningde.

9. The Mid-Autumn Festival on July 15th of the lunar calendar is commonly known as Ghost Festival. It is said that this heaven and earth will release ghosts to be worshipped by future generations of mankind. Before Halloween, the family will buy coins and fold them into gold ingots. When they are released, they will get coins, tear the rough paper into strips and burn them together for their ancestors to enjoy. Paper money should be given not only to ancestors, but also to "fishermen" who bring money for ancestors, commonly known as tips. 10. On the Mid-Autumn Festival on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month, people will place fruits and moon cakes for their ancestors to enjoy. In the evening, the family will have a reunion dinner together, but we can't live without gouache or rice noodles. After the reunion dinner, the family will go shopping to guess fans.
