What to do if you have damp-heat eczema

Damp-heat eczema is mostly caused by the inability of the spleen to transport and transform.

It is recommended that you use the following methods to take a bath:

1. Take a bath with mugwort leaves: dry the fresh mugwort leaves in the sun or go directly to the pharmacy to buy dried mugwort leaves, take four beads, and wash them with water. Remove impurities, put it into a large pot and add water to boil, then continue to cook on low heat for about 5-10 minutes, then take out the mugwort leaves and introduce the concoction into the bathtub. When the water temperature drops to about 40°C, you can start taking a bath. One day Wash once or every other day.

2. Take a bath with wild chrysanthemum: soak 20g of wild chrysanthemum in water for 15 minutes, boil for 10 minutes, bring the water temperature to 28°C, and wash the affected area for 10 minutes. Then apply wet gauze to the area for 5 minutes, twice a day.

3. Purslane bathing: Add 50g of purslane to 1000ml of water, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, filter to remove residue, and soak the area with sterilized gauze soaked in medicinal solution, twice a day.

Finally, apply Yunji Cream to the eczema affected area after cleaning the affected area, twice a day, and it will get better after applying it for about a month.
