Located at low latitude, it belongs to subtropical monsoon climate. The northwest belongs to Santaishan system, which is the residual vein of Yuechengling. This mountain is very big, and its peaks are tall and straight. There are many rivers in the canyon, especially cliffs, terraces and pot caves along the river.
The southwest belongs to Jiaqiaoling mountain area, with 24 peaks at 800- 1 100 meters, and the highest point is vanilla rock, with an altitude of 1 176 meters. Jiaqiaoling is composed of metamorphic rocks, which are hard and not easy to be eroded by water, so the peaks are rugged, the streams are deep and the valleys are quiet, and the valleys are steep and narrow. Due to the long-term erosion by running water, the mountain is gradually broken and the valley is gradually expanded into a small ravine.
The southeast is the peak forest plain, with many limestone mountains and abrupt solitary peaks, and the elevation is mostly below 500 meters. There are many underground rivers, karst caves in this area, so the scenery is colorful and the mountains and rivers are beautiful. The middle part is hilly plain and karst mountain, and the top of the mountain is round or steamed bread-like, with a slope of 15 ~ 30, and no obvious mountain trend, with a relative height of 70 ~ 300m. Because it is located in the air taxiway and the "Gui Xiang Corridor" channel, the warm and humid air flow is difficult to stagnate, and the dry and cold air flow bears the brunt, with frequent cold current activities.

Huixian wetland
Huixian Wetland is located in Huixian Town, Lingui District. In 20 12, Huixian wetland was officially included in the national wetland park pilot by the State Forestry Administration, and it was named "Huixian Karst National Wetland Park in Guilin, Guangxi". The park has a planned total area of 586.75 hectares, including 493.59 hectares of wetlands.
Huixian Wetland, known as the "kidney of Lijiang River", is the largest original ecological wetland with karst landform in Lijiang River basin, which has important environmental regulation functions and ecological benefits such as maintaining water source, purifying water quality, regulating and storing flood control and drought resistance, and maintaining biodiversity. The islands are covered with wetlands and the mountains and rivers complement each other. It integrates landscape elements such as mountains, water, fields, gardens, forests, marshes and transportation, and is famous for its typical karst wetlands, beautiful landscapes and profound history and culture. The landscape of this wetland and its surrounding environment is not only unique in Guangxi, but also extremely rare in China and even the world's peak forest karst plain landscape. It is a typical wetland with great research value.
Guguiliu canal
The ancient Guiliuqu, also known as Guiliuqu, Guiliugu Canal and Acacia Belt, was dug in the first year of longevity in the Tang Dynasty (692) and has a history of 1300 years. Together with Lingqu, there are two grand canals in ancient Guangxi. The Guguiliu Canal passes through Huixian Wetland, starts from Lion Rock in Huixian Town, Lingui District, flows eastward into Xiang Si and joins the Lijiang River. To the west, it flows into the Liu Hui of Luojiang River, where carp steep to Yongfu. For thousands of years, Guguiliu Canal has played an important role in shipping and irrigation.
Huayan
Huayan is located in Baoningxiang, 2 kilometers away from the government. Before and after liberation, it was a temple resort with strong incense. Hua Yan is divided into big holes and small holes. There are temples and monks in the cave, and the incense is very strong. Small holes are dangerous and deep, so they are called "Twelve Doors". The entrance can only be climbed by one person, and the width is as big as an auditorium. According to legend, this is the place where Lv Dongbin cultivates immortals, and the immortal bed and footprints are faintly discernible.

Twelve beaches are located at the junction of Dongtou, Hezuo and Miaoping in Tianxiang, Linguiwan. The forest area here is more than 10,000 mu, there are many kinds of trees, and the ecological environment is well protected. Miaoping to Wantian is the source section of the Yijiang River Basin, with green flowing water and clear water color. One section of the river is more than 960 meters long, and the drop is amazing. It naturally forms twelve waterfalls with different heights and shapes, hence the name Twelve Beaches.
