What are the rules for inspection equipment?

The regulations to be observed when patrolling equipment are: (1) No other work, no moving or crossing obstacles. (2) When it is necessary to patrol outdoor equipment in thunderstorm weather, wear insulating boots and stay away from lightning rods and lightning arresters. (3) When the high-voltage equipment is grounded, it shall not be close to the fault point within 4m indoors and 8m outdoors. When touching the equipment shell or frame, the personnel entering the above range must wear insulating boots and gloves. (4) Be sure to lock the door after visiting the high-pressure room. (5) Increase special patrols in special weather. Observation during inspection of high-voltage equipment: 1. Personnel who patrol high-voltage equipment alone are allowed to patrol high-voltage equipment. No other work is allowed. It is not allowed to move or cross the fence. 2. In thunderstorm weather, wear insulating boots when patrolling outdoor high-voltage equipment, and don't get close to lightning arresters and lightning rods. 3, fire, earthquake, typhoon, snow, flood, debris flow, sandstorm and other disasters, if you need to patrol the equipment, you should formulate the necessary safety measures, approved by the leaders in charge of the equipment operation unit, and at least two people, patrol personnel should keep in touch with the dispatched departments.
