What is the reason why it is difficult to ignite a car in hot weather?

Pacific Auto Network 1, carbon canister solenoid valve failure; 2. There is air resistance; 3, engine coolant temperature sensor failure; 4, one-way valve pressure relief.

1. There is something wrong with the solenoid valve of the carbon canister, and the solenoid valve is always on. After exposure in summer, fuel vapor enters the air intake through the carbon canister, which leads to too rich mixture when the engine is started, and it is difficult to start the car after exposure. Solution: Turn off the engine, remove the connecting pipe and suck hard. The carbon tube solenoid valve can't be attracted in the normally closed state. If air can be sucked out, it is damaged and needs to be replaced.

2, there is air resistance, high temperature environment leads to gasoline evaporation, forming pressure in the oil circuit, the pressure is greater than the oil supply pressure of the gasoline pump, there will be abnormal oil supply, called air resistance, which leads to difficulties in starting the car. Solution: slowly open the fuel tank cover for inspection, and listen carefully for the sound of air intake or exhaust. If yes, replace the fuel tank cover.

3. The engine coolant temperature sensor is faulty. If the coolant temperature sensor can't provide the correct temperature signal, it will also lead to difficulties in starting. Solution: Direct replacement.

When the car starts normally, the oil pump will start for a few seconds and then stop. At this time, if the check valve of the oil pump releases pressure or the oil pressure provided is too low or too high, it will make it difficult to start the car. Solution: Connect the pressure gauge to the garage for testing. If a little pressure relief is detected, it is not a big problem and there is no need to replace it. If the pressure relief is too large, it is recommended to replace the original oil pump. (Photo/Text/Photo: Pacific Auto Network Chen Jie 2)
