Huizhou City is located in the southeast of Guangdong Province, at the northeast end of the Pearl River Delta, adjacent to Daya Bay in the South China Sea and Shenzhen and Hong Kong.

Between east longitude1139'-1155' and north latitude 22 3'-23 7'. It now governs Huicheng District, Huiyang City, Huidong, Boluo and Longmen County, and has two national development zones, namely Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone and Zhong Kai High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
