Chenzhou Civil Service Examination Center

According to the requirements of the "Hunan Province 2021 Civil Servant Recruitment Announcement", Chenzhou City's 2021 civil servant recruitment will be conducted in central Chenzhou for interviews. Matters related to the interview are now announced as follows:

1. Personnel participating in the interview

Personnel who pass the interview qualification review and physical fitness test as required will enter the interview. For the specific list of interviewers, please see the attachment. 1.

2. Interview time and examination room arrangement

From May 29 to 31, 2021, interviews will be held all day.

Candidates will enter the venue from 7:00-7:50. Candidates who have not reported into the designated waiting room before 8:00 a.m. will not be allowed to enter the examination room and will be treated as automatic waivers. Please see Appendix 2 for specific interview time and examination room arrangements.

3. Interview location

Teaching building of Chenzhou Technician College.

4. Epidemic Prevention Requirements

(1) Preparation before the exam. Candidates are requested to pay attention to self-health management in the near future, continue to pay attention to the status of their own health code and communication big data itinerary card, and conduct daily body temperature measurement and health status monitoring. If symptoms of acute respiratory abnormalities such as fever (body temperature ≥37.3°C), cough, etc. occur, corresponding diagnosis, treatment and investigation should be carried out in a timely manner to ensure good health at the time of reference. In the near future, do not travel to areas with high risk of the epidemic, do not go abroad, try not to participate in gathering activities, and do not go to crowded places. If you take public transportation when traveling, you must wear a mask and pay attention to hand hygiene throughout the journey. Candidates from domestic high-risk areas with a yellow health code should provide a negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days before the interview when entering the venue on the day of the interview.

(2) Admission requirements. When entering the test center on the day of the interview, candidates must bring their own disposable medical masks and wear them. They must actively present their ID cards, written test admission tickets, health codes and communication big data itinerary cards, and have their body temperature measured. In order to avoid congestion at the entrance on the day of the exam, all candidates are required to print the health code and communication big data itinerary card in color within 24 hours before the exam starts to facilitate on-site inspection by the staff.

The following people are not allowed to enter the test center to take the test:

1. Those who do not have ID cards, written test admission tickets, and cannot provide health codes or communication big data itinerary cards;

For those whose body temperature is abnormal when measured on-site (body temperature ≥37.3°C) or who have symptoms of acute respiratory abnormalities such as coughing, take a proper rest at the temporary observation site and use a mercury thermometer to measure their body temperature again, but the temperature is still abnormal, or there are still acute respiratory abnormalities such as coughing. Symptoms, and those who cannot participate in the interview after being evaluated by on-site medical staff;

3. Have a history of traveling to a high-risk area of ??the domestic epidemic within 14 days before the exam or have a yellow health code, and cannot provide the new coronavirus nucleic acid within 7 days before the interview Those who have tested negative;

4. Those who entered the country after 0:00 on May 7, confirmed cases, suspected cases or asymptomatic infections who are still in the isolation and treatment period, close contacts and healthy people who are still in the isolation and observation period Those with a red code.

(3) Requirements during the interview. Candidates participating in the interview should wear masks throughout the entire process and take good personal protection, except for removing masks when confirming identity, answering interview questions, and eating.

(4) Emergency situation handling. After entering the examination center, candidates who have abnormal body temperature (temperature ≥37.3℃) or cough or other acute respiratory abnormality symptoms. Candidates who are confirmed to have suspicious symptoms by on-site medical professionals should be arranged to rest in an isolation observation room, and the on-site medical staff will properly monitor them according to regulations Disposal, no longer participate in interviews. Candidates who are judged by on-site medical professionals in conjunction with the test center to be qualified to continue taking the exam will continue to return to the waiting room to wait for the interview. (5) Discipline requirements for epidemic prevention. Anyone who conceals or lies about key epidemic prevention and control information such as travel history, contact history, health status, etc., or fails to cooperate with staff in epidemic prevention testing, questioning, investigation, and medical treatment, resulting in serious consequences, will have their corresponding qualifications revoked and will be recorded in the civil service examination. Integrity files, if there is any illegal behavior, legal responsibility will be pursued in accordance with the law.

5. Notes

1. The interview will be subject to this announcement, and no additional telephone or written notification will be given. Candidates must arrive at the waiting room designated in the announcement before 8:00 a.m. on the day of the interview to gather for the draw. Admission will stop at 8:00. Those who are late or no-show will be disqualified for the interview.

2. Candidates are not allowed to wear professional-specific clothing, do not bring mobile phones and other communication tools and electronic wearable devices into the waiting room or examination room, and do not wear watches or accessories during interviews.

3. During the interview, candidates must obey the management of the staff and abide by the discipline of the examination room (see attachment 3 for details).

4. Candidates must take the exam in a civilized manner, not making loud noises, not damaging hygiene, and not smoking or chewing betel nut in the examination room, waiting room, waiting area, or bathroom.

5. Candidates selected for interviews in the afternoon will be provided with free lunch.

6. Driving is not allowed into the centralized interview test center, and other unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter the test center. According to the weather forecast, a round of heavy rainfall is expected in Chenzhou City from May 29th to 31st. Candidates are advised to pay attention to weather changes at any time, choose transportation methods and arrange time reasonably, and arrive at the test site in advance.
