Jiaozhou-xinyi railway is an important part of the land and sea passage from Northeast China to Yangtze River Delta. The passage starts from Harbin in the north, passes through Harbin-Dalian Line, Yanda Ferry Line, Lanyan Line and newly-built jiaozhou-xinyi railway to xinyi city, Jiangsu Province, and then passes through Xinyi-Changxing Line in the south to Changxing, Zhejiang Province. The land-sea passage is a new north-south traffic trunk line along the coast of China, connecting Ji Jiao, Yanshi and Donglonghai railways, and connecting the northeast with North China and Jiaodong.

Jiaozhou-xinyi railway starts from Jiaozhou Station of Ji Jiao Railway in the north, passes through gaomi city, Zhucheng, Wulian County, Juxian County, Yishui County and yinan county in the south, connects with Yanshi Railway in Linyi City, and then passes through Xinyi Station of Tanlong Railway, with a total length of 306.6 kilometers. Third, natural characteristics.

1. Topography: This bid section passes through the gentle hilly area at the junction of Weihe Plain and Taiyishan in the south of Jiaolai alluvial plain, with relatively flat terrain, with an altitude of 20~80m. The line passes through the farming area and orchard area of Zhucheng City, crossing and parallel with National Highway 206 for many times, with rural roads crossing and convenient transportation.

2. Climatic characteristics: The area passed by this bid section belongs to the sub-humid monsoon climate in the south temperate zone, with four distinct seasons, concentrated precipitation, rain and heat in the same season, short spring and autumn, long winter and summer. The temperature rises gradually from north to south, and the rainfall increases gradually from north to south. Summer precipitation season is concentrated in July and August, accounting for about 70% of the whole year, and strong winds are mostly concentrated in March and April. Fog weather mostly occurs in winter, increasing from south to north, and the frost-free period increases from north to south all year round, ranging from 180 ~ 2 10 days. The annual average temperature in this section is 12. 15℃, the extreme maximum temperature is 37.2℃, the extreme minimum temperature is-19.7℃, and the average temperature in Leng Yue is -3. 1℃. Annual maximum precipitation1111.9mm, maximum wind speed 20m/s, wind direction Sn; The maximum freezing depth is 0.39 meters, and natural disasters often occur, especially drought, waterlogging, wind and hail.

3. Water system and geology: The main rivers flowing through this bid section are Weihe River, Malan River, Taikoozhuang River and Shanggou River, and the river water quantity is obviously affected by seasons. Weihe River is perennial water, and the rest tributaries are seasonal rivers, with large flow in rainy season and small runoff in dry season, and some rivers even dry up. The groundwater along the line is mainly Quaternary pore phreatic water, and the main aquifer is the coarse sand pebble layer in alluvial-diluvial layer, which is rich in water and non-erosive.

The basic earthquake intensity of this bid section is ⅶ degree, and the stratum in the passing area is mainly Cenozoic, which is widely developed along Quaternary (Q 1-4), and its distribution is controlled by topography, widely distributed in alluvial-diluvial plain and its tributaries, such as river bed, floodplain and terrace. Lithology: sandy clay, medium coarse sand, medium coarse gravel sand and clay of different colors.

Section 2 Project Construction Management

The main works in the second team section of the fifth company are DK75+886~DK86+ 100, and the earth and stone works in the section are 63 1287 cubic meters. The team site is located in Zhigou Town, and the labor force is 120.

Guiding ideology: Strictly implement the requirements of the new construction headquarters of Jinan Bureau, carry out the construction and production guiding ideology of the group company of "ensuring the construction period safely, creating reputation with high quality, seeking benefits through management, and striving for the first place in an all-round way", protect the market on the spot, seize the opportunity, and fully participate in the war to successfully complete the construction task of jiaozhou-xinyi railway. And hand in a satisfactory answer sheet to Jinan Bureau, with the overall goal of "creating first-class speed, first-class safety, first-class quality and first-class benefit".

4, heavy and difficult engineering arrangement

The key projects listed as construction indicators are: Weihe Bridge No.2 and DK66+350~DK67+200 cutting slope spraying project.

(1) Weihe Bridge No.2

The bridge is located at DK84+798. 12 of the newly-built railway Jiaoxin Line, and spans Weihe River and National Highway 206, with a total length of 2,597.84m. It is composed of prestressed concrete beams of 4-24m and 76-32m, and adopts open-cut enlarged foundation and bored pile foundation, with a diameter of d =1.0m: pier with round end and variable cross section. * * * Pier 8 1 block, the longest bridge in jiaozhou-xinyi railway, has been listed as "Luban Award" project, and the commencement date is 200 1 year 1 month 65438+5. The construction of the bridge adopts the construction technology of one-time pouring of pier, tray, top cap and cushion stone, and adopts new material high-performance mineral ultrafine powder in low-grade concrete to ensure the beauty of concrete pier.

(2)DK66+350~DK67+400 underground water road cutting slope protection project, which is the demonstration section of green protection project of JIAOZHOU New Line determined by JIAOZHOU New Project. This project adopts the new spray planting technology to ensure the stability of cutting slope and achieve the effect of slope greening. The start date is 200 1 10 3 1. Main construction technology: clean the cutting slope, arrange anchor holes with a square distance of 1m along the slope, drill holes with a drilling rig, pour 1:2 cement mortar into the holes, insert anchor rods, lay barbed wire, spray vegetation matrix 12cm, and water conservation.

6, Pujia engineering arrangement

The 14th Bureau of China Railway is responsible for the manual track laying and beam erection in the pipeline section of our bureau. Track laying began in March 2003 and ended on May 25th. Girder erection started on May 3, 20031day and ended on June 25, 2003.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of track laying and girder erection, the bureau headquarters organized a survey class on September 30, 2002 to carry out a through survey of the whole line, and from June 65438+June 2002 to October 26, 200212002, the subgrade elevation, bridge span, bearing cushion stone elevation, position and depth of anchor bolt holes, bearing crosshairs and so on were measured.

7. Post-station and four-power project arrangement: main project of our bureau, building construction of Zhigou station, water supply and drainage, communication, signal and power engineering.

Construction arrangement:

1) building construction1771㎡; The construction department is responsible for the construction, which started in August 2002 and was completed by the end of June 2003. Equipment installation started on June 1 2003 and was completed on July 5, 2003.

2) Water supply and drainage works: main quantities: water source well 1 mouth, water supply pipeline 0.707km, drainage pipeline1.177km. The project started on March 20, 2003 and was completed on June 10, 2003. On June 30, 2003, after the construction of houses and water supply and drainage works was completed, the construction of roads, fences and fences in the station was completed.

3) Power engineering: construction started in May 1 year, outdoor cable laying was completed in May 10, indoor equipment installation was completed at the end of May, and outdoor equipment installation was completed on July 30, and the project reached the acceptance and delivery level at the end of August.

4) Communication equipment installation project: started on May 2003 10 and completed on July 20, 2003.

8, environmental protection measures

Educate the construction personnel in the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects and the Regulations on the Implementation of People's Republic of China (PRC) Water and Soil Conservation Law, establish environmental awareness and consciously abide by the provisions of "environmental protection" and "water and soil conservation".

When subgrade earthwork is constructed, it should be afforested along with the construction according to the design, so as to reduce soil erosion and beautify the environment.

During the pier construction of Weihe Bridge No.2, the construction scheme should be reported to the local water conservancy and environmental protection departments for approval, and strict environmental protection measures should be formulated. During the construction of bored piles, the mud for wall protection shall be discharged in strict accordance with relevant regulations, and all construction sand shall be purchased. During the construction, all machinery and equipment are placed on the service road and temporary bridge to reduce the pollution to the river, and strict environmental protection measures are formulated to ensure the clear water of the Weihe River during the construction of the river-crossing bridge. Chapter II Construction Preparation

The first section construction survey

After receiving the bid-winning notice on September 30th, 20001year, according to the requirements of the group company, five companies formed an investigation team to carry out the construction investigation.

During layout, pay attention to the connection and extension of control piles before and after this bid to ensure the accuracy of measurement, and sign the plane measurement results and prediction instruments to the supervision engineer in time to ensure the construction as soon as possible.

B, the second team, the seventh team, the thirteenth team, the fourteenth team and the sixteenth team of the fifth company carry out engineering construction, and the headquarters is selected in Zhucheng.

C, equipment and materials preparation: according to the owner's requirements for the construction period and progress, timely organize the deployment of all kinds of advanced and applicable mechanical equipment to meet the needs of the project, carry out maintenance on the mechanical equipment before entering the site, install and debug it after entering the site to ensure good performance during the construction period, and select and purchase engineering materials according to the design documents or the owner's requirements.

D. Temporary works: 1, temporary water and electricity. River water or nearby wells are used as construction water, and local electricity is mainly used as construction water, and generators are used in individual construction sites. 2. Temporary communication. The headquarters contacts the engineering team through program-controlled telephone; 3. Aggregate supply. Aggregate is purchased in a unified way, and the construction unit receives aggregate on site. ZH-7 Bid Section of Jiaoxin Line was undertaken by five companies, six companies, construction department and electric power company.

Sixth Company: DK70+000~DK72+600 subgrade earthwork, bridge and culvert, subgrade ancillary works, ballast and related works, with the project price of150,000 yuan.

Construction Department: subgrade earthwork, bridge and culvert, subgrade accessory works, ballast and related works of DK72+600~DK 175+886 section, with a project price of 6,543,800 yuan.

Power Company: No.3 Power Project of Zhigou Station.

Company 5: For all projects except the above-mentioned unit projects, Company 5 is responsible for the penetration measurement of all blocks, and hand over the piles to Company 6 and the construction department in time according to regulations. On-site engineering test shall be undertaken by the laboratory of No.5 Company (located in Jiaozhou), and No.6 Company and the construction department shall go through the test procedures as required. On-site technical management is coordinated and managed by the engineering department of the headquarters, and each construction unit must do its own construction management work as required every month. Finally, Chairman Liu Chengshan emphasized five aspects, and hoped that all units would earnestly implement them, and hoped that this project would complete this task and make contributions to the group company.

Section 2 Construction Organization Design

I. Overall deployment

1. Organization: The jiaozhou-xinyi railway Engineering Headquarters of the Bureau is located on the third floor of Zhucheng Party School Hotel. The headquarters is set up with 1 command minister, executive deputy command minister and two deputy command ministers, 1 chief engineer, and the office is set up with six departments and one room: engineering management department, material management department, finance department, security department, machinery department and comprehensive office. The command department is responsible for the New Second Team, the Fifth Team (Sixth Company), the Sixth Team, the Fifth Company, the Second Team, the Seventh Team, the Thirteenth Team, the Fourteenth Team and the Sixteenth Team. The site management building department adopts the two-level management mode of the command department and the engineering team. See the figure for the specific organization.

2. Division of tasks and team bureau

Team 2: The station is located on the left side of DK75+ 100, and is responsible for subgrade earthwork construction from DK75+886 to DK87+400, with 0/20 workers.

Team 7: The station is located in Zhigou Town, and is responsible for the foundation construction of No.24 ~ 79 # and DK66+350~DK70+000, DK75+886~DK86+ 100 of the second Weihe Bridge, as well as the ballasting and new rubber abutment pier of Zhigou Station.

13th Team: Resident in Zhigou Town, responsible for DK84+798. 12 pier foundation of Weihe Second Bridge and all piers of the bridge, labor force 120.

Team 14: The team is located in Jiankou Town, and is responsible for the earthwork construction from DK66+350 to DK70+000, with 60 workers.

Sixteenth Team: The team is located in Jiankou Town and is responsible for the construction of D66+350~DK70+000, DK75+886~DK86+ 100 Zhigou Station and related large and medium-sized bridges.

Construction Department (Team 5): The pipe section is 2.286 kilometers long. The team is based in Jinjibu Village, and is responsible for the subgrade, bridge and culvert, ballast and the whole construction of DK73+600~DK75+886, and the building construction of the branch ditch station. The construction personnel 120 people.

Company No.6 (Team No.6): The pipe section is 2.9 kilometers long, and the team is responsible for subgrade earthwork, bridge and culvert, ballast and overall construction in DK72+000~DK72+600 section of Jiankou Town, with labor force 100.

Electrical work area: located in Zhigou Station, responsible for the construction of communication, signal and power line engineering in Zhigou Station, with a total of 50 people.

Second, the construction preparation

1. labor preparation: all managers and technicians of the new headquarters in Jiao Jiao were in place on June 6, 2000 as promised in the tender, and 200 people from all units entered the site on October 20, 2002.

2. Material preparation: According to the material management method of JIAOZHOU New Line, the construction unit has signed supply contracts with qualified suppliers for main materials such as steel and cement, and purchased them through bidding. Self-purchased materials such as crushed stone, flaky, medium sand, etc. shall be inspected and tested according to regulations, and the mixture ratio shall be selected, and a contract shall be signed with the supplier. The oil supply in this section adopts the way of contacting the gas station for fixed-point supply.

3. Equipment preparation: According to the engineering characteristics of this bid, mechanical equipment with advanced performance, good condition, high reliability, flexible operation and convenient maintenance shall be selected. At the same time, select experienced mechanical equipment management and maintenance personnel and equip them with enough mechanical parts to ensure the good operation of construction machinery.

4. Technical preparation: The control piles and leveling points were handed over to the Third Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways on October 5th, 2006, 5438+0, TCT02 000 1 ~ 200 1, 16. After receiving the design documents and construction drawings, the chief engineer shall organize construction technicians to read the design documents carefully, understand the design drawings and technical standards, be familiar with the design drawings, conduct drawings review and technical disclosure, and timely understand the existing problems with the owners and design units.

5. Temporary roads and temporary bridges: This bid section belongs to thick-bedded areas. There are many parallel crossing roads between National Highway 206 and the railway, with dense roads. During the construction period, the existing roads will be used for further reconstruction. Bridges and extra-large bridges are introduced by using existing roads, and longitudinal access roads are combined with new repair and widening of existing roads. The construction standard of hard road is 4.5 meters for subgrade and 3.5 meters for pavement.

6. Temporary power consumption and temporary water consumption: the construction power consumption of this bid section is temporarily combined to supply power to the main construction site. DK83+500 and DK86+ 100 are each equipped with a 400KVA transformer to supply power to the second Weihe Bridge, and two 200KW generators are standby. The remaining bridges and culverts were built by using rural power transformers and small generators to provide construction electricity. This bid section is rich in groundwater and surface water. Local tap water is used for domestic water, and Shanggou River, Malan River, Taikoozhuang River and Weihe River are used for construction water. The water quality of the four rivers are all qualified, and they are all extracted from the rivers or transported to various construction sites by water trucks.
