How to install a small weather station? What about the site selection requirements?

When the weather station is installed in the observation field of the ground weather observation station, it is necessary to carry out foundation construction, including instrument and facility foundation construction, cable trench construction, grounding system construction and so on. The key to installing weather stations in unattended observation points is site selection, and the foundation construction is simpler.

1. Foundation construction: Foundation refers to the concrete pier of the weather station, mainly the vertical pole foundation. Cement concrete should be selected to make the fixed installation more firm;

2. Power supply construction: hardware such as sensors are installed in the observation field, and the cloud platform is installed indoors to view data through terminals such as computers, mobile phones and led display screens. For the connection from sensor to sensor and from control cabinet to cloud platform, long cables are not needed. Usually a few meters is enough to dig a cable trench and lay cables in the cable trench. If solar cells are used for power supply, the sensor can be directly connected to the panel without cables. The capacity of the battery panel is 10Ah, which can support continuous operation for 7- 10 days even in rainy weather with insufficient sunshine.

3. Grounding system construction: The purpose of grounding is to fully protect, supply the ground potential of the base point and suppress interference. The standard stipulates that "the weather station should adopt the grounding system of * * *", and the grounding system of * * * consists of the studio grounding network and the outdoor observation field network area. There should be at least two connecting belts between the two places, and other materials with the same specifications, such as galvanized round steel with a diameter not less than 16, can be used to realize the connection. The down lead of the lightning rod should be pulled into the ground along the upper end of the lightning rod. The weather station components are made of integrated metal and sheet metal shell, and should be electrically connected with the nearby observation station network;

Installation:

1. Installation environment: Installation requires clear surroundings and no tall buildings to block it. It is required that there should be no telephone poles around10m, at least 30m between roads and100m between electrified railways. This is because the sensor is a relatively precise device. In order to avoid the accuracy of the detection results, it is necessary to avoid areas with high magnetic field and strong radiation, such as telephone poles and transformers.

2. Installer: In order to ensure the accuracy of the test results, the installation operation should be guided by people with practical experience, or full-time personnel should be present to install it in person. It is not recommended for people with zero experience to install and deploy. The wind direction of the weather station is carefully installed, and the south point on the installation label must face south;

3. Inspection before installation: Before installation, check whether the packing box is intact, open the packing box to check whether the hardware such as sensors, brackets, solar panels or power cords are intact and complete, and whether the instruction manual and installation manual are attached. Be sure to handle with care, don't treat the equipment violently, ensure that the equipment is clean and tidy, and it is not appropriate to scribble on the equipment;
