Index (air quality index) is a parameter that reports the daily air quality. Describe the degree of air cleanliness or pollution and its impact on health. When calculating the air quality index, the Insurance Regulatory Bureau adopted five main pollution standards: ground ozone, particulate pollution (also known as particulate matter), carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide.
The primary pollutant is the most pollutant among the above five standards when the air is polluted.
Both PM 10 and PM2.5 refer to particulate matter, but their particle sizes are different.
PM 10 refers to atmospheric particles below 10 micron.
PM2.5 refers to suspended particles below 2.5 microns.
