Geographical environment of beilin district

Beilin district has a warm temperate continental monsoon climate, with small daily temperature difference, long winter and summer, short spring and autumn, distinct cold, hot, dry and wet, and distinct four seasons. In winter, it is located in the south of Mongolia high and the back of East Asia trough, with low temperature and dry and sunny weather. After the summer, a pressure gradient inclined to the northwest is formed between the South Asian low and the Western Pacific high, which makes a large amount of water vapor carried by the southeast monsoon form rainfall. When the warm high pressure on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau comes, the airflow sinks, which easily leads to sultry and cool weather. The temperature in spring is not stable enough, cold air activities are frequent, and cold current and spring drought often occur; Autumn is cool and pleasant, and rainy days are long.
