After all, the red snail fairy is a legend. Buddha Tucheng and his daming temple are the real history and the origin of "South Putuo and North Red Snail".

The establishment of Hongluo Temple is the ambition of a monk Hu and the counterattack of Emperor Zhao.

Tucheng is a famous Buddhist figure in ancient times. It was called a "strange monk" in The Biography of Eminent Monks ... In the vernacular, it means that it can perform special functions, pinch calculations and recite spells. It looks like a combination of the Monkey King and Tang Sanzang.

Tucheng came to the Central Plains because he had a dream. A golden-winged Dapeng bird flies around in the mountains. After landing, its claws stepped out of a shape. This shape shocked the image of the Buddha, quite like the Buddha's enlightenment of "touching the ground." His dream place is Huairou, Beijing, where Hongluo Temple is located, but at that time, there were foxes all over the mountain, and few people lived there.

Tucheng believes that this is the revelation of sacred religion. He must find this resort and build a temple to preach, but it is not easy. Ten years later, I didn't see Dapeng bird, and the court didn't want to bird him, so I wandered around. Tucheng felt that he had to start with the imperial court, so he found Shi Hu.

Tucheng gave Shi Hu two promises: one is to help him ascend to the throne; Second, let him be "stiff but not rotten" after death. In return, the ban on missionary work was lifted, temples were built at will, and monks were hired at will, including Han Chinese.

Shi Hu began to disbelieve and tried to test the Buddha Tucheng in another way. Buddha Tucheng can predict success or failure every time, and naturally he is convinced. In the fourth year of Xiankang in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, Shi Hu made a northern expedition to Liao. The Buddha Tucheng followed him to Yuyang City, which is now Huairou. In the upper part of the mountain, a Dapeng golden-winged bird was found, and a statue of Rui and a statue of Buddha were exhibited, which just met his dream.

Soon, Shi Hu ascended the throne smoothly. After the establishment of Zhao, he regarded Tucheng, the Buddha, as a national teacher and gave him the gift of "wearing a silk brocade carving chariot". Known as the "Great Monk" of the imperial court, he was allowed to build daming temple, namely Hongluo Temple, in Huairou.

The prosperity of incense in Hongluo Temple benefited from the support of the imperial court. Shi Hu is the intermediary. He classified himself as a semi-final of the League. He was born with a soft spot for Buddhism. Monks in Hongluo Temple are not allowed to do any production and are exempted from all kinds of heavy corvee, military service and taxes.

However, Shi Hu's support for Hongluo Temple is different from the piety of the Buddha Tucheng, and his purpose is to rule the Han people.
