Luchang town 1

Luchang Town is a town under the jurisdiction of Huili County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. 1950 belonged to Luwu Township, and 195 1 was established. 1953, Gongming Township and Luoguo Township merged one after another, 1958 was changed to Luchang Commune, and 1983 was restored.
