He believes that some real estate communities in the United States usually have some vegetation, but the communities of Jindu Group are much better in quantity and quality. Although Jindu Community is located in the city center, walking inside gives people the feeling of being far away from the noise of the city. There is no such community in America, because most Americans live in the suburbs, and every family has its own house.

Similar architectural structure and style

DavidGalik said that the architectural style of Jindu Villa is very surprising, because they are very similar to the common western styles in the United States. A notable difference between Chinese and American villas is their diverse styles. In the United States, because of economic reasons, the styles of adjacent villas are similar, but in Jindu Community, although they all follow the western tone, each villa has its own unique style, with very open houses and gorgeous doors and windows.

High-rise buildings are very similar to those in America. The buildings are similar in scale, all of which are reinforced concrete. Some buildings in the United States sometimes use steel skeletons instead of concrete, but both forms are common in the United States.

Another difference in the structure of villa houses is that the buildings in China are all concrete, while those in the United States are usually made of wood. This difference is understandable. In America, wood is cheap and abundant, and it can be built easily and quickly. The texture of concrete can bring the effect of "concentrating heat" to the house, that is to say, the house can be kept cool at night until the day, and the heating during the day can be kept until the night. Therefore, the concrete building system plays a role in regulating the temperature, which is conducive to building energy conservation.

The application of technology needs to be improved.

Jindu Group is a leading real estate development enterprise in China. In the process of development, they proposed to insist on relying on science and technology to lead the future of human settlements.

In terms of science and technology, DavidGalik thinks that China and the United States have similarities in new technologies. Both consider energy-saving facilities. China is an objective environmental trend, while the United States aims to reduce environmental pressure. At present, China and the United States both adopt similar technologies, including: heat insulation windows, heat insulation walls, newly exposed roofs, centralized heat collection and efficient lighting.

In the United States, the related technologies of solar water heaters have appeared, but they are not as extensive as those in China. At present, this technology has been applied in many communities including Jindu Group. Solar water heaters belong to the category of energy-saving facilities, which can reduce the burden of urban energy supply and ensure the stability of energy supply.

There are some potential emerging technologies that Jindu Group may not adopt, such as induction lamp, light detection shutters and geothermal heating/cooling facilities.

Induction lamp is a kind of detection lighting equipment with timing facilities. When no one moves for a while, the lights will go out automatically. It is suitable for any place, especially bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, storage room, garage and so on. And can avoid unnecessary energy waste.

The light-sensitive shutter has a light sensor, which can accurately measure the intensity of external light and decide the opening and closing of curtains. If the outside light intensity is high, the curtains will be automatically lowered to prevent excess heat from entering the room to ensure the coolness of the room. When cloudy weather occurs, the curtains will be automatically pulled up to ensure sufficient indoor light. At night, the curtains will be lowered to help insulate the glass. The light shutter has many functions, which plays a great role in shaping the indoor environment.

Geothermal heating/cooling system is not widely used in the United States, and it is not suitable for a single small air conditioner. However, it can be used in residential areas that use central air conditioning in China.

NeilFishman found that blinds are hardly used in houses in China, but they are widely used in western luxury houses because they are beneficial to energy saving. Electronic security systems has also been installed in Jindu Huafu, which is expected to be completed in 2007. In some communities in the United States, there are usually some public facilities, such as health clubs and hotel club services, which make residents more convenient and happy. These supporting facilities, the community in Jindu needs more detailed arrangements.
