One morning in winter, the children got up early. They put on cotton-padded clothes and shoes, hats and gloves, scarves and hurried out.

Wow! What a heavy snow! They ran to a clearing next to the house and saw a thick snow blanket on the ground. Trees and street lamps are covered with silver cotton-padded clothes, and even the roof is covered with snow-white quilts. At first glance, the blue sky and a vast expanse of white earth seem to be connected together. It's really beautiful!

Although the weather is very cold, the children are not idle, but scrambling to play. Some of them are having snowball fights, some are chasing each other for snowball fights, and some have made a big snowman. This snowman is chubby and cute.
