When did the rainstorm in Hainan begin?

This is what I learned in Hainan. It has been raining since 1 October1,and it will stop occasionally in the first two days. It hasn't stopped since the fourth, and there is a large area of rain in the province.

By the evening of June 7th 10, the rainstorm in Hainan had flooded 1 160 villages, with the affected population of 1600,000, and Qionghai city was once completely flooded. Haikou, Sanya and other primary and secondary schools will be closed for two days the day after tomorrow. The heavy precipitation in Hainan will last until tomorrow night.
