The preservation of fruiting bodies of Pleurotus ostreatus needs long-distance transportation at low temperature, but it must have reasonable cold chain transportation means, and the temperature should not be lower than 4 degrees, otherwise the fruiting bodies will freeze or dehydrate and lose commercial value. If the fruiting body is frozen, the water in the fruiting body will rise to the surface of the mushroom cap and form a frozen layer. Such Pleurotus ostreatus can't be sold in the market.
