What is the testing equipment for doors and windows?
The physical properties of doors and windows include air permeability, rainwater leakage, wind pressure resistance, thermal insulation, sound insulation and lighting. At present, only doors and windows with special requirements need to be tested in most parts of the country. The first three properties are required in the type inspection of doors and windows, and the physical properties of doors and windows generally refer to these three properties. In 1986, China promulgated the standard of physical three-dimensional detection of building exterior windows. Namely: (GB/T716-86) Wind Pressure Resistance of Building Exterior Windows and Its Detection Method, (GB/T717-86) Classification and Detection Method of Air Permeability of Building Exterior Windows, and (GB/T718-86) Classification and Detection Method of Rainwater Leakage of Building Exterior Windows. The three-property test specifically refers to the detection of wind pressure resistance, air permeability and rainwater leakage performance of doors and windows, which is also referred to as wind pressure resistance, air tightness and water tightness in construction. Wind pressure resistance refers to the ability of external doors and windows not to be damaged (such as cracking, panel breakage, local yield, bond failure, etc.) and functional obstacles such as loose hardware and difficult opening under the action of wind pressure when they are normally closed. The detection method is to detect the ability of the specimen to resist damage and dysfunction under the action of instantaneous wind pressure. In fact, the anti-wind pressure performance is the wind pressure value when the stressed bar of the outer door and window reaches the specified deformation or deflection value under the action of external force. Under a certain pressure or strength, the smaller the deflection value of the stress bar of the outer door and window, the better the wind pressure resistance of the product. Air permeability, also known as air tightness, refers to the ability of external doors and windows to prevent air infiltration when they are normally closed. It examines the ability of external doors and windows to prevent air infiltration when they are closed. The air tightness of external doors and windows has a great influence on heat loss. The better the air tightness, the less heat exchange and the less influence on room temperature. The index to measure the air tightness is the air permeability per unit seam length and air permeability per unit area when the pressure difference between inside and outside the window is 1Pa in the standard state. Watertightness: the ability to prevent rainwater leakage under the simultaneous action of wind and rain when the external doors and windows are normally closed; Generally, the standard for testing the watertightness of exterior doors and windows is based on the Classification and Testing Methods of Airtightness, Watertightness and Wind Pressure Resistance of Exterior Doors and Windows of Buildings, which specifies in detail the requirements for testing equipment, performance testing methods and grading indexes of watertightness. The testing equipment simulates the simulated state of the external doors and windows in stormy weather. The pressure difference between the two sides of the external doors and windows is measured by using the pressure supply system, water supply system, pressure measurement and water flow system, and then the pressure difference when serious leakage occurs is determined, and finally the water tightness coefficient and grade of the external doors and windows are determined.
