Takeaway weather list

This situation should be the responsibility of take-away and take-away companies, not users.

When delivering takeout, it is inevitable that you will encounter some unexpected situations. Some takeaways may collide on the road, and some takeaways will knock over the takeout because of the weather. No matter what the reason, users are not responsible for these behaviors, but take-away agents and take-away companies are responsible. Before this, the solutions of many take-away companies were all the responsibility of the take-away staff, which I think is unreasonable.

First, this situation is generally the responsibility of takeaway and takeaway companies.

Although the weather is force majeure, take-out does not want to send take-out, but for users, users themselves are not responsible for this matter, and they do not need to be responsible for it. It is also for this reason that the practice of the takeaway industry is generally that both the takeaway and the takeaway company are responsible. In real life, most takeaway companies will choose to let the takeaway staff be responsible.

Second, I think the take-away company needs to be responsible for this.

Takeaway workers themselves are engaged in heavy physical labor, and the nature of their work is also very hard. When this problem arises, I think the take-away company needs to further embody its corporate responsibility and further protect the rights and interests of the take-away staff in this way. Many take-away companies are actually not doing well in this regard. They seem to regard the takeaway as a tool to make money for themselves, but they are irresponsible to the salespeople.

Third, I think users also need to be considerate of takeout.

For users, it is a pity that the goods they ordered are damaged, but I think users also need to be considerate of the takeaway. Because their work is very hard, delivery is not their personal motivation. If they are asked to pay the full amount of take-away goods, many take-away workers even need to apologize for dozens of bills. I think this society needs more goodwill. If the user does not have too much economic pressure, the user can actually consider sharing the corresponding losses with the delivery staff.
