1. Hailing District is a district under the jurisdiction of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. Hailing District belongs to the Lixia River Plain in the north and the Yangtze River Delta Plain in the south. It belongs to the northern subtropical humid monsoon climate zone with four distinct seasons, a long frost-free period, abundant heat and abundant precipitation.

Also known as the "Four Tombs", the east and west parts of Hailing take over the two major economic circles of Shanghai and Nanjing respectively. The Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, National Highway 328, Nanjing-Qizhou Railway and five waterways connecting rivers and seas in Central Jiangsu Province intersect here. In November 2018, it was selected as one of the top 100 industrial districts in 2018.
