If excessive rainfall leads to water accumulation, when walking outdoors, try to avoid roads with serious water accumulation, and pay attention to observation. Windy weather is also dangerous. If you go out hastily, you are likely to be hit by something blown down by the wind and be seriously injured. So, in windy weather, remember to stay away from billboards, trees or lampposts. Especially the wires, once blown by strong wind, are likely to get an electric shock, so in extreme weather, everyone must pay more attention and try to reduce going out.
