Why can't I see the weather forecast on China calendar?

Open the China calendar, enter and slide up the page, and you can see the weather in your city. Click Enter to view the weather forecast for 15 days. You can also open the weather in the notification bar in System Settings-Notification Bar Settings, so you can check the weather in the notification bar of your mobile phone.
