What's the weather like in Xiao Ya Fa?

I like the interface very much, but sometimes I need to reload the data when I click in, especially when there is no wifi. Updating data with mobile phone traffic feels slow and often fails. I wonder if this is a software problem. I hope to improve and see better weather!
