Precautions:
(1), straw and leafy weeds should be cut into 5 ~ 8 cm long segments in advance;

2. Proportion and dosage of filler
The proportion of padding: sawdust 50%, rice husk powder 40% (if there is no sawdust, it can be completely replaced), feces 10%, fermentation bed strain 0.2%, and water 60-70%. If 5- 10% rice bran and distiller's grains are added, the fermentation effect is better and it can replace the same amount of rice husk powder.
According to the total thickness of pigsty padding 90cm, padding 170kg per square meter, the dosage of padding is as follows: sawdust: 25m2×170kg× 50% = 2125kg; Rice husk powder: 25m2×170kg× 40% =1700kg; Feces: 25m2×170kg×10% = 425kg; Fermentation bed strain: 25m2× 170kg× 0.2% = 8.5kg ... If conditions permit, a layer of wooden rafters with a depth of 30-40cm can be paved first, and then a layer of fermentation mat can be paved. If the sawdust is not enough, you can spread 50 cm deep straw and leaf weeds first, and then spread fermentation padding.
3. Mat fermentation method
According to different production sites, padding fermentation can generally be divided into centralized and unified production and direct production in pigsty.
Centralized and unified fermentation padding is made by unified stirring and fermentation in the field outside the house. This method can be operated by large machinery with high efficiency and is suitable for gauge measurement.
This method is usually used to make new padding in large pig farms.
Direct production of pigsty is a very common method. That is, straw and leaf weeds are laid on the pigsty column by column, and then rice husk powder, sawdust,
Waste residue feeds such as feces, rice bran and distiller's grains are mixed evenly before use. This method is inefficient and suitable for small-scale pig farms.
4, padding fermentation operation
1) Prepare fermentation padding, fermentation bed strains and water in proportion;
2) Firstly, the strains in the fermentation bed are poured into the water to be used, diluted, stirred and soaked evenly for 2- 12 hours to activate the strains and enhance their activity. The dilution water is preferably well water or river water. If it is tap water, please leave it for 24 hours before using it.
3) Stir fermentation: ① If there is a stirrer, the fermentation raw materials can be mixed for 2 minutes, then the strain diluent is poured and stirred for 4 minutes; (2) No stirrer: spread the fermentation mat on the ground, turn it over twice and stir it evenly, then pour the diluent into the fermentation bed and turn it over twice and stir it evenly. Pile it into a rectangular pile with a height of about 0.6 meters and a width of 2 meters, and punch holes at the top of the pile for ventilation. Finally, the compost pile is covered with rectangular plastic sheets to keep warm, moist and fat. The plastic sheet is connected to the ground, and a heavy object is pressed every 1 m to make the film breathable and prevent it from being blown up by strong wind. During fermentation, special attention should be paid to turning over and ventilation. In summer and autumn, the film should be uncovered and ventilated once (1 ~ 2 hours). When the weather is fine, you can uncover the film the night before and cover it the next morning. After 4 ~ 6 days of composting, the composting temperature can be raised to 60 ~ 70℃.
Note: If fermentation fails, check whether preservatives and pesticides have been added to the padding, and whether the water content is too high or insufficient. According to the increase or decrease of water content of fermentation mixture, the total water content of fermentation mixture should be controlled at 60 ~ 70%. Too high or too low is not conducive to fermentation, too little water, slow fermentation; Too much water will lead to poor ventilation, slow temperature rise and odor. The method to judge whether the moisture content is appropriate: hold a handful of materials tightly, and when you see a watermark between your fingers, it won't drip, but it will disperse when you land.
Third, the management of lazy pigs in the fermentation bed
1, fermentation bed management
When the pigsty sawdust is reduced, the missing part should be supplemented appropriately, and one of the fermentation bed strains should be supplemented at the same time. In order to help pigs turn over the ground, it is necessary to control the amount of feed for pigs.
When the feed is 80% of the normal amount, it should be fed with fermented feed (anaerobic fermented feed of the second strain in the fermentation bed is used, see the description of biological fermented feed for details). When feces and urine pile up, dig a hole and bury it. The ground humidity must be controlled at 60% and checked frequently. If there is too much water, open the vent and adjust the temperature with air. Just spray the fermentation bed strain once a month. Fermentation bed strain is an active agent specially designed for fermentation bed culture. Mixing it with water at the ratio of 1: 300 and spraying it on the ground can improve the vitality of soil microorganisms and accelerate the degradation and digestion of feces and urine. In addition, it is usually found that pig manure accumulates for a long time, and it is easy to fully decompose it when it is scattered in the open space. In addition, the ground should not be too dry, that is, it should be kept soft, but there should be no dust and dust, otherwise pigs are prone to respiratory diseases. Add a proper amount of new sawdust and rice husk powder in a particularly humid place, with sawdust and rice husk powder accounting for 50% and 50% respectively. Use forks or portable plows to loosen relatively strong fillers and level uneven surfaces. It's best to let the padding dry for 2-3 days after all the pigs are slaughtered. Rotate the gasket evenly from the bottom. Depending on the situation, the strain mixture in the fermentation bed can be properly supplemented, piled up again for fermentation, and then fed to pigs 24 hours later. Feeding density: if there are too many pigs per unit area, the fermentation state of the bed will be reduced, and pig manure cannot be degraded and digested quickly. Generally, each pig covers an area of 1.2 ~ 1.5 square meters.
2. Feeding management
There is nothing special about the management of pig raising in fermentation bed and the traditional pig raising mode.
1) Like traditional pig raising, we must first lay a good vaccine to control the occurrence of diseases;
2) before entering the fermentation room, be sure to do a good job of deworming;
3) The pigs entering the fermentation shed must be balanced and healthy;
