Refuse to work in cold weather

Personally, I think it is illegal. We can actually refuse to go to work on a typhoon day, and the reason for refusal is very reasonable. The company didn't ask not to allow it, because the typhoon is a force majeure factor, so you can't deduct your salary if you don't go to work. If the company punishes it for this matter, it is definitely illegal and the punishment is invalid. If you are fired, it will be even more illegal and the employees will have to pay compensation.

If you want to go to work in some special positions, it depends on the situation, such as uncle traffic police, traffic rescuers, and field rescue teams. If all these positions have to go to work, there is no way. If you are absent from work, you may be punished, but other than that, ordinary posts are regarded as normal and cannot be punished.

There are also provisions in the first few articles. If I am injured on my way to and from work, it is a traffic accident that I am not mainly responsible for, or an urban rail transit, passenger ferry or train accident, the company will also bear the injury. However, for those casualties caused by typhoon blowing down, falling down and being smashed on my way to and from work, because they are not injured while performing their duties, there is no legal basis, so they cannot be regarded as work-related injuries and can only be treated as accidents.

But in any case, we don't want to get hurt on the way to work, and we don't want bad weather to happen frequently. We should go to work safely, get off work safely, and put safety first at all times.
