Wang Qingsheng personally investigated the disaster situation, and at the same time, he sold his family's property for relief, reported it to the government, and asked the state treasury to allocate 342,000 yuan in relief funds. However, the disaster area was too wide, which was still insufficient. It was winter and it was snowing heavily in the disaster area. The weather was twice as cold, and people who starved to death all the way froze to death. Coupled with the emergency of the Sino-Japanese War, social order was chaotic and people's hearts were unstable. Wang Qingsheng raised his eyes when he was in danger. When he sat idle, he was worried, but when he was saved, he was helpless and helpless. He was depressed. At this time, Zhou Zhuling, the general manager of the Transportation Bureau, was punished, and together with Zhou, the general manager raised money from the relief bureaus in Tianjin, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Wang Qingsheng went deep into more than 200 villages in the east of Jinzhou to investigate the disaster situation, set up porridge factories, and spared no effort to walk in the snow and ice, resulting in hundreds of miles of disaster relief in Fiona Fang.

Later, Wang Qingsheng applied to Shenyang to establish a mathematics museum. Treat students as if they were your own flesh and blood. After working in the museum for many years, he was hired to supervise Zhang's grazing and grazing. At that time, the Mongols in Zhangwu area learned to be nomadic and didn't want to farm. Wang Qingsheng lived at home in his later years, and he supported all charitable acts. His good deeds have never left a mark on the world. I wrote many poems in my life, but I failed to publish them to future generations.
