How to deal with low temperature weather by drone aerial photography

In the snowy winter, don't have a beautiful view. However, flying in low temperature environment will not only affect the performance of aircraft, but also threaten flight safety.

Aircraft batteries are all lithium batteries. When working in a low temperature environment, the internal resistance of the batteries will increase, resulting in a decrease in discharge capacity, which may lead to insufficient maximum thrust of the aircraft and make it difficult to maintain stable flight.

Suggestions for using batteries in winter:

1. Before flying, the battery must be fully charged to ensure that the battery is in a high voltage state;

2. Preheating: Fully preheat the battery to above 20℃ (you can check the battery temperature through the app);

3. Keep the plane hovering for about 1 min after take-off, so that the battery can fully preheat itself by using internal heat;

4. Operate the swing gently to avoid flying in a violent posture;

5. When the weather is cold, the flight time may be shortened, so it is suggested to pay attention to the battery power of the aircraft in real time during the flight;

6. It is recommended to return early to avoid low-power return.
