The third is to drink water. Because there were small steel mills in the village in the 1990s, some groundwater was polluted, so it was inconvenient for villagers to dig wells to get water. Now there are natural rivers running through the village, and laying water pipes in the central village is beneficial to farmers' production and life, but there is a lack of project funds at present.

Fourth, the roads in the village need to be built continuously. Although the 2.3 km road between the central village road and Yaoguan road in the east of the village has subgrade, it is difficult to travel in rainy days, which brings some villagers some difficulties and weakens the dominant position of the central village to some extent. Fifth, villagers' awareness of environmental protection needs to be strengthened. There are many villagers living in the central village, so there is a lot of domestic garbage. Seventh, the matching funds for new rural construction are relatively high, and farmers have certain economic pressure. In the process of building a new countryside, the central and local governments are inclined to the countryside in terms of policies and funds for benefiting farmers, and farmers' enthusiasm is also very high. However, in the process of project implementation, farmers need to raise considerable funds themselves. For example, for the project of "one pool with three reforms" supporting biogas digesters, the state fully supports the use of green energy, and it should be very favorable to invest in 800 yuan/pool to build biogas digesters, but farmers need to invest in 700 yuan. For example, in the project of "one pool and three reforms", farmers need to build pigsty and toilet, and each farmer needs to invest more than 4,000 yuan.
