China seems to be rich in natural resources, but what are they?

China seems to be rich in natural resources, but in fact it is very short.

According to national statistics, China has a land and resources area of nearly 3 million square kilometers, but its population exceeds 654.38+0.4 billion. Such a large amount means that China's land resources can't meet people's growing demand.

For a long time in the past, our land utilization rate was very low, and it can even be said that many rural areas were still in a state of "depending on the weather". For example, low grain output leads farmers to farm without making money, preferring to go out to work rather than farm at home. In addition, due to the scattered cultivated land and the lack of necessary agricultural technology, China's grain production has been reduced year after year.

In order to change this situation, in recent years, the state has introduced many policies to benefit farmers and encouraged everyone to actively develop agriculture. For example, measures such as no-tillage and fallow should be taken to improve soil fertility and grain yield. Another example is to give subsidies to large growers to arouse their enthusiasm, thus improving agricultural productivity.

However, even so, China's grain output has not been greatly improved, because we lack sufficient agricultural technology. Take corn as an example. Although it is sown early, if it is sown too late, it will affect its emergence rate. In addition, if it is rainy, it is easy to fall.

Besides these, there is another reason, that is, our water conservancy facilities are not perfect enough. As we all know, water is the source of everything. Without water, crops cannot grow. Therefore, in order to make crops grow well, there must be sufficient water conservancy conditions. However, the water conservancy facilities in China are not perfect at present. For example, in some areas, because of the low terrain, rainwater can't be discharged in time, which leads to the flooding of farmland and the final failure to harvest.

Of course, this is only part of it. Besides, there are still many problems to be solved. For example, some places have to rely on artificial watering because of insufficient irrigation water. This not only increases the labor cost, but also affects the normal growth of crops.
