Xiaomi 3 weather is not displayed on the desktop.

Add the weather widget to the desktop as follows:

Pinch two fingers on the phone's desktop to let the phone enter the desktop editing mode, and you will see the option of "Add Gadget" at the bottom of the interface;

After opening the "Add Gadget" interface, slide the options at the bottom of the interface, find and click "Weather" to add the weather to the mobile phone desktop, and then press the home button of the mobile phone to exit the desktop editing state.
