The weather in June is perfect and the sun is too much. You must wear a hat. The hat must have a brim. Prepare a pair of sunglasses and a mask. You will need them when walking on the road, otherwise you will be exposed to the sun for a long time. The face will get sunburned.

Long-sleeved T-shirt, jacket. Warm clothing that is more wind resistant. The pants can be jackets or jeans, and they should be wear-resistant and stain-resistant. Choose outdoor shoes with hard soles. Socks must be comfortable, preferably sweat-absorbent cotton socks. Wear them for a period of time to make sure you get used to walking and don't grind your feet.

It is best to carry it on both shoulders, not on one shoulder. Two sets of clothes are enough. Don’t go to Tibet with the idea that you can bathe frequently. If you are visiting Tibet for the first time, it is not recommended to bathe. If you are not acclimated to the environment on the plateau, bathing can easily cause colds and then pneumonia.

Drugs. Rhodiola rosea, cold medicine, antidiarrheal medicine, painkiller. sugar. You may have reactions in the first two days after entering the plateau. Get used to it slowly. Do not engage in strenuous exercise. It will be fine once you get used to it. Sugar helps you regain your strength quickly. I have used high sugar in the hospital, and the effect is good. I just feel panicked, so just bring glucose.

The routes you take are all mature routes. Prepare an extra mobile phone battery or bring a power bank. Be sure to charge it when you stay at night. There may be some landslide that will block you on the road waiting for rescue. .

Umbrella. In fact, in Lhasa, it basically doesn’t rain during the day, it only rains at night, but it’s not necessarily the case if you go to other places.

Moisture-proof mat. It doesn’t need to be too thick. In fact, it just needs to be moisture-proof, because after all, we are not professional travel enthusiasts and we don’t need to sleep in the open. When you are tired, you can just lay it on the bed and rest. If you don’t mind lying on the roadside directly, you don’t need to bring it with you.

Cash. There are no ATMs in many places, so cards are of little use.

Change, 10 cents or 50 cents. Bring some. You will meet a lot of beggars at the scenic spots, just give it to them and don't mess with them.

If you have a sealable bag, seal your mobile phone and other electronic devices to prevent them from falling into the water.

The rest depends on your own needs. In fact, if you just play, you don’t need many professional tools.

Don’t fish in the river! A taboo for Tibetans!

I lived there for a while when I resigned in 2009, and I can’t speak from experience. I hope I can help you a little bit.
