During the Spring Festival of 20 17, the free time of minibuses (including 7-seat and less passenger cars, hereinafter referred to as minibuses) in Jiangsu Expressway Network is determined as follows: from 0: 00 on 20 17/October 27th (New Year's Eve) to February 2nd, 20 17 (sixth day of the first month).

From 0: 00 on February 3rd, the expressway network in Jiangsu Province resumed normal charging order, and each toll station implemented one car and one pole, issued pass cards and charged normally.

No pass cards will be issued during the free passage of the expressway.

For some toll stations with heavy traffic pressure and many lanes, set up free dedicated lanes for minibuses, and add height limit gantry and height limit signs. The dedicated passage will be released, and the minibus can pass directly without issuing cards or lifting poles.

One car and one pole in the ordinary lane. Small passenger cars don't need a pass card at the entrance, and they don't need to pay tolls at the exit, so they can pass for free.

If the minibus does not stop through the ETC lane, the system will deduct 0 points.

Transition period of expressway critical point setting

In order to ensure the smooth switching between the normal charging mode and the free charging mode, Jiangsu Expressway Network has set up a transition period at the critical point of entering the free time and resuming the normal charging.

On the day before the Spring Festival holiday (65438+1October 26th) from 20: 00 to 24: 00, minibuses need to get a temporary pass card at the entrance and pay the actual toll at the exit.

65438+ 10: 00 on October 27th, minibuses need to pay temporary pass cards or pass cards at the exit, and pass for free without paying tolls.

On the last day of the Spring Festival holiday (February 2) 19:00 to 24:00, minibuses need to apply for temporary passes at the entrance, and they still don't have to pay tolls when leaving the expressway during the free time.

From 00: 00 to 1 on February 3, minibuses with temporary pass cards only need to pay tolls at the exit according to the minimum toll standard of the road network; Vehicles with pass cards pay tolls according to normal charging standards.

After February 3rd 1:00, the tolls of minibuses with pass cards or temporary pass cards are normally charged at the exit. From 8: 00, the exit will stop receiving temporary pass cards.

Bypass line recommendation

If vehicles from Huai 'an to Nanjing need to transfer to S49 Xinyang Expressway at Huanghuatang to Sihong, Suqian and Xuzhou, they need to get off at Tieshan Temple exit and re-enter the expressway.
