Song Lianchun introduced that due to the influence of global warming, it is expected that the frequency and intensity of extreme high temperature events and extreme heavy precipitation events will increase in the future, frozen soil and snow will continue to shrink in Asian alpine areas, and the frequency of disasters in frozen areas will increase.
